The staff was helpful, however the room was not quite up to par. There’s a crack in the bathroom wall, the tub was dingy. The bathtub wall was spotty. And it was advertised as a microwave and coffee maker and fridge. Only thing in there was a fridge.

Microwave was broken and there weren't willing to help me to change it for a one that it was working even though on the room description said that I have a microwave to use

Room was very clean and looked refurbished. It had new TV,mini fridge,floor, bed, lights, and night stand. Bed was very comfortable and had nice pillows. Staff was very friendly and professional. Lobby was nice and air conditioned. Plenty of parking beware of speed bumps. Very close to freeway. It has a pool and spa. My room was on the third floor but I didn't see an elevator.

Yes my rate included breakfast this location refused to provide breakfast and made me sign a statement stating that breakfast was not available

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had no issues, it does need some renovation but I see they are doing that now.

For what they charge, these conditions are inexcusable. The hotel is poorly maintained and clearly needs serious attention. I would not recommend staying here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Unfortunately the rooms were very outdated, and it wasn’t as clean as it looked in photos. We noticed that one side was newer and looked updated. The Staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel lacks "Quality"!

It was just a one night stay after a festival. Parking was easy, the gentleman checking us in was nice. My room 212 was nice and comfy but the only down side was not knowing to use the tv. Once we turned it on, we needed to choose what we wanted to watch but there was no arrows on the remote to let us choose anything just the channel and volume buttons so we ended up not even messing with it anymore. Other than that was fine.
