Really nice room and it is very clean and the staff was really nice and helpful

The bath tub was filthy, with a ring of scum around it. The tub faucet dripping water. Toilet paper holder inoperable. You had to find the sweet spot for the sink faucet to turn off completely. Toilet runs and runs after flushing. The drapes were filthy black and the windows were dusty and full of fingerprints. Wallpaper peeling off the wall at the entryway. The coffee machine was missing the filter so no coffee for us! The lady that checked us out was very friendly. I told her about the issues and she was genuinely concerned about our experience. She took notes and promised to fix everything.

This was a nice quiet hotel. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the curtains did not block out all the light so it was hard for me to sleep. Otherwise I’d return. Clean, quiet and friendly staff though.

I learned the hard way to always use continuous fan - with or without cooling. This way the cycling of the rather loud blower / motor won’t keep you up at night. The constant fan falls into white noise. For some reason the USB ports at the bedside didn’t work. Also there’s no clock - which we missed.

Safe, clean and good value for the price. Near air plane path, occasionally loud airplane noise, freeway noise. Very convenient for travel and stores nearby.

Book in advance because these rooms sell fast and for a good reason, very convenient area with comfortable rooms.

This hotel is comfortable and a great place for a peaceful night's rest. The staff are friendly and hospitable. If your worried about parking there are plenty of on site parking near your room.

Every time I go to this particular Hotel I am never disappointed. Clean rooms , quality AC, and member services are always world class and at there best every time. Thank you colton Inn for a peaceful weekend with the family.

Good

The rooms here are always clean and comfortable, the staff are very attentive on giving you extra towels and other amenities like coffee, ironing board and iron,and they have some snacks at the window ,soda,water,popcorn for a movie night. The ac works very well and the location is awesome because you have food and shopping locations near by to restock the mini fridge if you want.
