    We were visiting family and this was a great location away from campus and downtown. The property is clean and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and quiet. My only complaint is that there was a large group of lacrosse families staying at the hotel and when we were relaxing in the pool and hot tub, the pool and entire outside deck were taken over by about 25 kids and 30 adults. It was loud and crazy, and the parents weren't watching their kids who were screaming and playing rough in the pool. The kids were screaming and yelling at the top of their lungs in the indoor pool area while their parents drank out on the patio. When my wife and I decided to leave the pool area to relax on the patio, a few of the ladies in their group decided to confiscate all the chairs on the patio for their kids who weren't even outside on the deck. My adult son and daughter had to get chairs from the pool area to join us. I spoke to one of the staff members who gave them a polite warning about the noise, but it didn't do much good. I would advise the hotel owners to put a policy in place so that large groups of people can't take over an entire area unless they reserve it and pay a fee. Overall, our room was comfortable, but since we were unable to enjoy any of the amenities, I give the hotel 3 stars.

    Expedia is a big hassle to use them when things change unexpectedly. Very difficult to talk to anyone about a change. The savings is not worth the headaches. Yes i could have bought the insurance, but then it eats into the savings, so why use them?. I will never use Expedia again! i would rather pay full price for a hotel with the knowledge of I can simply call the hotel and rearrange things easily.

    The front desk wasn't familiar with the Hilton honors app when I wanted to use that for my room key. Secondly, the breakfast buffet was not worth $17. I would probably have breakfast elsewhere if I stayed here again.

    having an onsite bar, restaurant and snacks, drinks, and other forgotten necessities store was so great. We didn't have to wait in line to get breakfast somewhere and the menu was great and delicious! The bar also had fun specialty cocktail butterscotch martini, hello, yes please!
