Even had to pay for breakfast!👎

The staff would never answer our call. No breakfast available. Hotel was under construction. I would have been better off sleeping on the curb. Noise was loud, staff didn't care, beds were trash. One good thing, I'll never be back to a Holiday Inn. My choices just got a little easier.

I would avoid this property until the renovation is complete. There is absolutely no parking at all. Huge trucks and trailers taking up 6 or smore spaces and so we had to park very far away. Also, what hotel doesn't offer breakfast anymore. Will not return.

Will not be returning. Hotel was under construction and was not clean in the common areas as well as our own room.

Will not stay at this one ever again. Was under construction. No bathrooms available on main floor or by restaurant. And restaurant available items not much.

Breakfast I did not like the construction I was not aware of at the time of booking. No pool access. No gym access. Difficulty navigating the hotel. The room was raggedy. Bathroom shower did not look clean.

We never would have stayed here if we had known that this property was under construction. We were unable to use the front door with the roof coverage even though it was raining. We were told that there was no elevator and we would have to take our luggage up the stairs. This was not true, but there was only one elevator for many guests. No ice on our floor I had to check 2 floors before I could find ice. There was no one at the desk at check out time. The construction work was dusty and VERY LOUD. I wanted a discount for a sub satisfactory stay-but no one was there

Going through a renovation. Was expecting nicer based on the price and holiday inn name. Can’t complain though as they are renovating. Not much parking options

Worse stay ever!! No open bathrooms upon arrival after driving hours. Finally getting our room it was a handicapped room which I didn’t book, but was given due to price. Stayed here before and liked it but this time it was terrible.

Breakfast is fine. Heavy painting smell. Room has unpleasant odors.

There was no notification or explanation that the hotel was being renovated. One of the biggest reasons we picked was because of the advertised pool and restaurant for breakfast. Neither of which were available. The hotel had high traffic and only 1 elevator was available. We were on the 5th floor so sometimes it took 10 minutes just to get on elevator.

Our room was big and very clean. The staff went above and beyond with every request. We had been traveling for 2 weeks and this was the best room. The hotel was under renovations, but it was clean and did not effect our stay at all. No

The hotel was being remodeled and we weren’t made aware. Rooms had a musty sour smell. Wasn’t what we were expecting.

Clean Check in and out process had difficulties

First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in this inflated price point and the restaurant was only open limited hours. VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY! HOLIDAY INN, never again.
