Construction

The rooms are very dated, but the main issue is the condition of the furniture. We booked a suite that was advertised with an extra bed in the living area. This turned out to be a broken pullout loveseat. The “mattress” was basically a thin cover with no padding. It fell through the springs and bars and made it impossible to sleep on. The cushions were so worn out that it wasn’t even an option to sleep on without using the pullout feature. When we inquired about switching rooms we were told the pullout couches were all the same and in the same condition and no rollout beds were available. For the price paid per room and the fact that the hotel is regularly booked, Holiday Inn should invest in this property and improve the customer stay.

I have zero complaints about this hotel. The gentleman that got us checked in was so nice, the entire place was clean and smelled nice, the room was spacious and comfortable. My husband and I stayed two nights, our second night we returned to the hotel and our room key wasn’t working but the young lady at the desk got it taken care of quickly and was so polite. We will definitely stay here when we’re back in Columbia!

Our floor was soaked from the ac unit passed the first bed. When we told the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders and said we would let the manager know. We never heard from the manager. Paid full price for a room that was full of water.

Clean and well kept, location close to freeway. Tesla superchargers located in back of you have an EV

Don't like to see staff wear nasty nose rings like pigs I used to raise that is gross to see that . they need to be forced to remove them when working no excuses.yucky

AC great Place a mess since under construction… but was quiet. Getting there hard since roads all under construction

The rooms were fine. The common areas needed to be cleaned better. I got ripped off by booking a suite but didn’t get one. My shower was ice cold. I complained but never got any money back.
