Super 8 by Wyndham Columbia East

The location was close to my job, staff was pretty friendly, room was next to an exit which was good for my dog Had to pay a extra $20 for a 1 hour early check in, pet fee was $30 a night, the pool was closed, breakfast was either toast, cereal, or waffles, coffee and watered down pineapple juice, my room didn't stink but didnt smell good either, people hanging out in the front outside drinking, and hallway smelled like weed the whole time I was there

Not very clean. Only choices for breakfast were waffles, white toast and two bland cereals. Staff was no where to be found. Pool was dirty.

Our room was old musty and dirty. Had bugs in one of the beds. Dirty carpet dirty Windows everything was dirty and smelled bad

Staff was helpful and respectful. The room needed a deep clean. But I only saw 1 housekeeper to clean 3 floors. Limited Breakfast options but had good waffles . Killed 3 bugs in room, but the hotel had a pest control company on site.

The sheets were not washed, had stains, hair and stunk. They changed me $100 twice for incidentals. I should have not been charged anything

It’s was not bad to stay at for the price. I didn’t even run into workers who was rude or anything. Everyone I met there was nice and if I need anything extra or had a question about they were nice and quick to answer. Our bathroom shower curtain could use some TLC and the pool was cold but very little things to look over when the stay itself wasn’t bad at all.

They obviously put lipstick on a pig by updating the paint! There are homeless still lurking about the property. And the wifi was down & no coffee in the morning! All breakfast had was cereal, toast & waffles!? No fruit or protein (not even peanut butter to put on the toast??) Could you not invest in a simple back up coffee maker to supply guests w coffee on their way out the door to travel?

Rooms were dirty toilet didn't work they tried to charge me extra even though it was paid for

Continental breakfast was less than average in the coffee was not worth drinking. No coffee in the room so you had to go to the lobby to get any. Stains on some of the towels and the pillows felt like they were 50 years old.

Everything was wonderful. We had no complaints.

My room had roaches, the toilet was absolutely disgusting, towels absolutely unacceptable.
