Very good

Area was good and close to a lot of shops/food options! The staff was so friendly. Nothing I particularly disliked!

Toilet and hot water didnt work so had to switch rooms 2nd day of stay, breakfast selection is cery sub par. Staff was amazing tho!

We loved our receptionist, Asia. She was nice and very down to earth, always greeting us when we pass by and giving my boyfriend and I sweet compliments. This is my third time staying here and she is always making sure we have the best experience at the hotel Our room didn't have a microwave. Like I said this is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, but this was the first time I needed to use a microwave and wasn't sure if I just happened to get a room that didn't have one or if the rooms generally don't have microwaves. Either way, it was the only downside to my experience

Clean and reasonably priced

The location The staff. Check in staff did not know how to check anyone in and had to call her manager multiple times. Joked that she was going to call the police when my wife handed her my ID with my new last name and I accidentally made the reservation with my maiden last name. We are not the type of people (nor look like it) who have EVER had a run it with the police and we did not find it funny at all. Quite unprofessional in my option. It seems as if quality staffing may be in opportunity at this location which is a shame as I always associate Alofts with a much different experience. There was also a huge hole in the floor by the pool area that seemed have been uncovered and never secured. You really need a manager or security or someone walking the property at night to look for safety issues such as this.

Disappointing

I've stayed here a couple of times and don't really have any complaints. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are nice, and it's close to a lot of things to do around town. I wish the water pressure for my shower at home could be as strong as the showers here. I've worked at hotels and can say this one is the best hotel that I've stayed at in this area

I have booked this hotel for my husband on several occasions while he travels, and this was my first time visiting the location with him. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff member working the 3–11 p.m. shift was very disappointing.
