Not the best aloft. A bit in need of updates. Shower nozzle loose, bathroom fan not working, stairwells smelled, lots of pot smoking outside. B-fast old and nasty. Would not stay here again.

India was at the front when I arrived! She was wonderful and so polite! She made me guest of the day so I got a goodie bag and some coupons to use at the bar and breakfast! The hotel was clean and nice! The room was perfect!

The staff were all so friendly and the rooms were big. It’s also in a great location. The water in the showers comes out extremely hard and you cannot change that. Also there were some areas in the room that should’ve been fixed.

Employees were amazing. The elevator kept getting stuck the toilet kept running. I have to ask for the toilet to be repaired and it never was. The elevator took a long time to come. Even was stuck on the 1st floor for 3 minutes.

Bed was comfortable Very run down with needing major updates : ceiling in lobby was dripping water into a bucket (all 3 nights), hallway AC didn’t seem to work & you can tell moisture got under the carpets as they were lifted, bad sulfur like odor in lobby, mildew smell in halls. Used ladies room on main level and faucet just fell off. Only clean rooms every other so when asked for towels to get delivered so I could shower, they never came- went to lobby for am coffee, they ran out of regular (at 7:30 am). Very surprised this property got great reviews. Will not be returning.

India was the shift manager when we arrived and she was very kind and hospitable and sincere that was a great part. Unfortunately the filth in my room the broken lamp provided the obnoxious shower pressure in the shower was so hard that it hurt me and I'm a grown man and the standoffish nature of the rest of the staff made the overall experience not so great. Although India seemed like a really great person that was just simply not enough to overcome my recommendation of not staying there. The biggest point of concern was the prominence of mold in my room and the fact that both me and my daughter quickly developed sore throats and swollen lymph nodes from staying in the room.

I called early in the morning and requested room cleaning service. The front desk representative told me the message would be relayed to housekeeping, but no one ever came to clean the room during my stay. When I followed up, there didn't seem to be much concern or effort to resolve the issue. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The mattress felt extremely firm, and I could feel the springs through it. For reference, I only weigh around 140 lbs, so this wasn't a matter of excessive wear from heavier use. Getting a good night's sleep was difficult. The hotel may work if you're simply looking for a place to sleep for a night, but travelers who value customer service, housekeeping, and a comfortable bed may want to consider other options or manage their expectations before booking.

India was a wonderful host! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Such an eclectic, chill vibe. We loved the outside patio. The gentleman at the front desk when we first arrived was super friendly and responsive to our needs.

It smelled funny on the floors. The heat turns on by itself in the middle of the night. The smell on the second floor with the stains on the carpet. The heat turns on in the middle of the night.

Nice property. It needs some refurbishment, but it's a good property.
