Room was clean bed was comfortable and the AC was okay.

Mold in the room moved to another room with mold front desk personnel only offered to refund my money

The location is very convenient, walking distance from Walmart, and driving less than 5 mins to any other shops and food! The breakfast

Place was clean. Guy behind the desk super friendly. Bed very comfortable. Free breakfast delicious! I really enjoyed ny stay, but I almost fell in the tub because it was slippery and had no rails nor traction on the bottom. You might want to fix it so someone who DOES fall wont sue you. Overall though, a nice place. Fix the tub and I will come again. See above what I said about the tub being a bit dangerous

A little outdated but nice

I like the location and that the bathrooms were clean I did not like the fact that the air conditioner started making a terrible noise in the middle of the night. A front desk employee quickly came to resolve the issue. But was not able to fix it so he suggested I turned the air off for the rest of the night because they had no other rooms then in the morning a maintenance guy came to repair the air conditioner. It sounds much better and we thought the issue was resolved, but it was not at checkout. I informed the front desk manager that the air conditioner made the same noise 3 o’clock in the morning, keeping us up another night she said she would have it fixed for the next people who would be checking in. I really thought they would give me something for my inconvenience, but she only smiled and nodded the whole point of me coming to the hotel was to relax and get some sleep that did not happen.

It was clean and close to major stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly. Very cozy and comfortable.

The property was decent enough.Clean enough and seemed sufficient for my needs. There were no extra comfort features but just the basics. It's barely what I paid for, but at least it was available. The Indian female manager there is a nightmare! She broke into my room while I was still getting dressed! I reported this to choice hotels , brand and they said the property was privately owned , so they had a hard time doing much about it. As I was leaving and discussed, the police were outside.Because another guest had called the police on the properties manager. This woman made the entire stay a nightmare.Despite the nice staff there. How do they endure her nonsense!?

The room was very spacious. The people were so nice. The breakfast was better than a restaurant, I would go back just for that.

Comfortable bed,friendly 1st & second shift staff food was good Kept my deposit for smoking I DO NOT SMOKE ?

I like how clean the rooms,Pool, and breakfast were and I like the location was near a lot of places to eat and thing to do One of my rooms AC was messed up

Location Well the fact was put in a room that needed repairs and they had baseball team there and so could get in pool took forever to get breakfast Counter people rude

The outside was nice BUT THE INSIDE ? I'm just goin to keep quite like my mom would say cause I really dont have nothin nice to say but JUS NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! EVERYTHIN!!!!! Da staff dat was workin dat day was kinda nice rude talk wit aggression n very short wit everythin he said. Wen I call down to ask him is da whirlpool in room workin but before I could get da word workin out my mouth he was already like "NO IT ISN'T" phone get quite i den said ok n he jus hung up. Room wasn't clean good, da refrigerator was dirty not coolin so i couldnt put nothin in there no blower so had to leave wit wet hair JUS VERY DISAPPOINTIN dat I spent my money with dis place n got this kind of treatment
