This property met my expectations. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I took my small dog and the area around the lake, behind the hotel, was a great place to walk with her. The gentleman in the dining area at 6 am was super friendly and the breakfast was very good. I do recommend this hotel.

Clean room, nice check-in staff and check-out staff!!

Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues. The TV remote needed batteries, which was quickly resolved. The phone charger next to the bed was broken, and although we were told there was another on the desk, there wasn't. There was also no clock, which became more noticeable when my phone died because I couldn't charge it. The elevator buttons didn't light up when pressed, making it unclear whether the elevator was coming. I actually took the stairs from the fifth floor until the staff confirmed the elevator worked and only the indicator light was broken. The biggest issue was the air conditioner. It was outrageously loud—to the point that we had to shut it off around 1 a.m. both nights to get back to sleep. Based on the room and maintenance issues, I probably wouldn't stay again. The exception is the hotel manager. She genuinely elevated our experience and was easily the best part of our stay.

Everything was great!! We only ate breakfast 2 days, but it was good. More than I expected. We met Tobianne the general manager and she was extremely nice and helpful!! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Nice pool and outside covered patio. Nice walking trail around a duck pond and playground for kids. Friendly, helpful staff, no worries.
