The stay was very nice and the checkin person was very helpful. The room was clean and orderly. Felt like the building and rooms were newly renovated.

Taylor checked us in and was very helpful answering our questions. She was a pleasure to deal with. The room was great - clean, well-appointed, the best pillows we’ve had in a long time. The buffet breakfast was also very good, especially the omelet. Great place to stay!

I don’t typically write reviews, but this stay was exceptionally bad. The pillows were very lumpy, the room appeared dirty (there were brown spots and small black hair on the ceiling in the bathroom and crusted on spilled material on the table), the partition in the room was broken upon arrival, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had a hotel, and I found a cockroach scurrying across the floor in the breakfast room as soon as we entered. We stayed in a different Hyatt place the night before that and it was fine. This property is poorly maintained.

A/C was leaking water, men's bathroom 9n first floor out of order and 1 of 2 elevators were out of order.

Had a great stay, as always, with the Holiday Inn. They are very consistent, clean and provide a nice free breakfast. Staff was amazing, excellent young lady that checked me in and the lady getting the breakfast ready was amazing and kind. I was leaving early and she allowed me to get something to go. Both staff members were very friendly, personable and kind.

All the staff members weee very friendly and helpful. David & Taylor weee on duty at check-in time. They offered water, and suggestions on dinner options in the area. Breakfast was very good, plenty of food choices and lots of coffee! All good!

We only stayed for one night on our way to Myrtle Beach. It was basic and suited our needs

Very pleasant visit. Great location plenty of shops and dining close by. Easy access as well to University of South Carolina. Front desk staff very cordial and professional. Room very clean. Breakfast options including eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes etc were fine. I’d say a bit better than you normally would get at your average breakfast hotel. Overall a very good visit. Would come back.
