Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbia-I-26 @ Harbison Blvd by IHG

Clean room , beds comfy, good breakfast.

Travelled for business. Great place to stay. Breakfast is always good at holiday inn express

Staff was good

Was close to restaurants

What wasn't good: (1) In our room, the room darkening shade was broken. Since we were only staying 1 night, we managed to roll it up and make it stay. (2) Electrical outlets in the room, 1 was melted and 1 had tape over it. (3) The smell from the bathroom and the hallway was a strong chemical odor. Having asthma, it made it hard for me to breath. (4) There was only 1 elevator in operation the entire time we were there. (5) Breakfast was put away close to 45 minutes before breakfast ended. After my husband spoke to the manager on duty, the breakfast attended put back out some things, and apologized by saying he thought it was a weekday. :( The breakfast attendent was talking on the phone the entire time we were in the dining area.

Easy access All good

Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was replenished promptly as needed and with a smile.

Everything was good, breakfast was even better. Only neg

Staff friendly, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, great location

Great property

This was our second stay! Each time we've stayed, the service has been exceptional! Our check in went smoothly with Taylor. We had a few questions regarding our stay prior to arrival, and the staff answered EVERY inquiry we had with no hesitation, which is one reason that this hotel has become one of our spots!!

Sharon & Larry

Room was sparkly clean with perfect temps set. Fridge was nice and cold for my travel snacks and drinks. Front desk, kitchen staff and room cleaners were super polite and helpful. And a great price.

I liked everything

Room was nice and the complimentary breakfast was good I liked everything

Clean linens, quiet room, perfect temperature. Great wifi and desk, shower was perfect. Was assisted quickly by front desk staff when my door malfunctioned. I was able to print off some documents at the business center. Breakfast was great.

I loved how friendly everyone was!! It was so clean. We did a late check out and they were very accommodating and the breakfast was excellent!!

Good overnight stay in our way to Florida. We will be back in our way home. I’d recommend. The breakfast was good. David at the front desk was friendly and very helpful!

Very good stay slept well. Did notice ants in the room. Construction noise but expected due to work on elevator. Both Check in staff and check out staff where very helpful.
