Clean and comfortable. Large king suite. Beds were a little firm for my taste but comfortable enough. Microwave and fridge in the room. Great location and friendly and helpful staff. 24 hr coffee available and free breakfast. Well lighted parking lot. Everything was good, no complaints

It was Alright could have been better

The hotel was very clean and the people that ran. It was very nice. When we arrived everything looked good. We did have a third floor room, which was fine?Because they had an elevator. But then we went out the next day, and when we came back, I don't know what happened, but the elevator wasn't working, and there was all kinds of maintenance going on, so with my boyfriend being on a walker, it was very hard for him to climb back up to the third floor, because elevator apparently wasn't working. Other than that, we got our $100 back. Deposit the following week. And everything was up to standards there

I couldn't sleep because my room 110 was right next to the industrial washers and they ran in the middle of the night. It sounded like a bowling alley. Ruined my nights sleep.

The room was really clean and parking was easy. The hotel was really quiet and didn’t smell unlike a lot of hotels I’ve been in, in cola. Decent hotel.

Everything good

The comforter were stained, and the mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. This used to be a great place to stay a couple of years ago. I’m not sure what happened.

The cleaness and location I had no problem

Nothing Noise. Cold water. Charging for room that was prepaid. Low rent clientele like drunks, druggies and prostitutes.

Location Critical Security Malpractice (Room 317): The physical lock assembly on the door was entirely compromised. The latch failed to align with the strike plate properly, allowing the door to be easily bypassed and opened from the outside using a simple piece of plastic card. This is a severe liability and safety hazard. ​Fire Safety & Structural Violations (Room 225): After reporting the security breach in Room 317, management moved me to Room 225. This room featured an unacceptable gap between the door and the frame, allowing light from the hallway to stream directly into the room. This completely violates the required fire seal and smoke barrier standards for lodging facilities. ​Expired State Certifications (Elevator Unit 3200260): The passenger elevator is operating illegally. The South Carolina Department of Labor (LLR) Certificate of Operation explicitly lists the last inspection date as 05/09/2022. This safety permit is exactly 3 years expired, displaying gross regulatory negligence by owner Umang Patel. ​Gross Sanitation Failures: The room conditions are unsanitary and unmaintained. The mattresses and pillows are severely worn out, flattened, and contain large, visible biological stains that can be seen without a UV light. The microwave was covered in baked-on food residue, the mini-fridge was completely iced over, and the bathroom exhaust vent is caked with thick dust/mold. The HVAC unit continuously blew a heavy mildew odor into the room, mixed with a constant smell of stale cigarettes and marijuana from the hallways. ​Infrastructural Decay: The building envelope has zero sound insulation. I could clearly hear every step and rolling chair from the floor above, as well as clear conversations from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The shower plumbing suffers from critically low water pressure, and the hot water takes an unacceptably long time to activate. There were no towel hooks or racks, forcing clean towels onto unhygienic surfaces.

My room was as clean as expected, considering the price. The staff here was great, and as accommodating as possible. I would definitely stay again!! The building is a bit dated.

The breakfast room

The room very clean had lots of towels. Parking was very easy and accessible to staff were friendly and fast. They need a mall and more shopping areas have some good food area areas.
