Bed bugs infested

Location The entry door fell off its hinges and it took 3 1/2 hours before we were moved to another room. Very unsafe.

Location Room including wall and showers were dirty. Blood on bathroom door and wall. Floors left our feet black.

It was close to the stores and not to far from base. They only gave us 1 towel and half a roll of tp. There was what looked to be blood on bathroom wall and door. Other stuff on wall in bed room.

The lobby The dirty towels, food in the microwave, I have bites on my legs and.stomach from sleeping in the bed and.J was charged a deposit and was told I didn't have to pay one

The room was NOT cleaned recently and you could tell by how dirty the outer toiket bowl was.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

They had ice machine and chip machine Floors weren't mapped and beds not cleaned under they did sweap towels.

Location and friendly staff It seemed kind of ran down. When we first arrived to our room I walked in and the bleach smell was so strong I could taste it. It gave me such a bad headache. I turned on the fan and went out to dinner and when we came back it wasn’t as bad anymore. It just did not look as clean as it should’ve for the strong cleaning smell. The bed spread had holes, furniture was broken, things were visibly patched up. I woke up several times from loud noises above and around us. It wasn’t horrible, but it could’ve been better.

Only needed the room for a friend coming in town for birthday celebration and she was barely in the room but just to sleep. Location was okay, ppl hanging out by the stairs, elevator works but make creepy sounds, room was okay, it was clean and nice, the room door had a big gap at the top so you can see out/over the top of the door, some rooms are smoking. $30-$50 deposit, $25 early check in fee before 4, $200 deposit if you using choice points, which is ridiculous! It's not worth it AT ALL! Pool not open/doesn't even have water in it. Overall I won't be back to this property.

It was ok i think thevstaff could be a bit more efficient, also bring your kitchen supplies if you are planning on using the oven and stove . Could be s bit cleaner.

Convince Smell of the room

Nothing in particular, it was just a inexpensive place to sleep for one night. The lobby in the front area was dirty, dark and gloomy. There was no breakfast just some really nasty coffee.

Room was clean and bed comfortable, location is good and the desk lady is friendly and helpful.
