Okay for the price

Nice staff. Clean. Great beds. Important amenities worked. Ok breakfast. Room AC worked great, but was missing the intake grill. Spa was out of order and pool was not heated. (Probably related.)

The closet had holes in it with insulation sticking out of it the shower curtain was torn up the there was only I dry towel had to contact the front desk to log into WiFi the pictures were not correct in the advertisement

But paint was pealing off the walls, there was a large stain on our carpet, mold on bathroom ceiling and the hot tub was shut down by the health dept.

The staff were extremely friendly the young girl that works night was a complete blessing when my friend had a medical scare

Old carpet, carpet, period, It holds filth.

The rooms were absolutely filthy. Dirty curtains, dirty bed skirts, mold caked on the shower head, the rooms smelled like mold. It was just a terrible experience.

I checked in for one night with my two children. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and kind. The first room was horrible. The second room was just as bad but the sheets/pillows were at least clean. I will never go back here. I’m sorry.

The staff was amazing, the hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. Highlight for my kiddos was the indoor pool, it was clean and great fun. The only issue I had were the stains on the carpet in the room we got and that the breakfast options were limited

the breakfast bar they offered did not even have any fresh fruit only fruit cocktail in a bowl. no bananas , apples, grapes oranges. the cereal in the dispensers were steal. the security latch lock on the door in our room was missing we only had a dead bolt.

It was nasty and the lady working front desk was rude unhelpful

It was amazing, the staff was super friendly and helpful!! Check-in time didn’t take long at all! Breakfast was perfect as well! Overall excellent, I would recommend people to come! We definitely enjoyed ourselves!!

This place was a disgrace. The rooms were disgusting. Ice machine not working. Elevator shakes. Screens in windows broke out and blowing. Reeked of pine-sol and marijuana. Staff were so unprofessional and rude. MANAGER refused to talk to us. Would not answer their phones to talk to third party reservation website. While waiting at front desk multiple people were complaining about their stay as well. Police were called and told us this was NOT a good area to be staying in especially with kids! So needless to say, LEAVE. They won’t give your money back either!!!!

I know this brand..and I must say this was one of the worst looking. When I checked in the first room I had....the fire alarm kept going off..and the carpets were horrible.room. beds looked like there had been slept in..they did accommodate me and move me into another room. I feel this location needs an update..but the location was decent with stores and restaurants nearby

The lobby smelled like Marijuana. The front desk rep and his girlfriend was smoking. His speech was slurred and he was mumbling. Plus he tried to charge me triple the amount of my stay. I dont trust nobody who does drugs. So I canceled my reservation.
