Overall the stay was ok but staff was rude in the beginning during check in.

Very quite area and good breakfast!

Pool is never open when we stay.

The guy on shift in the evening was very rude and refused to help. We had a suite booked for 5 people. There were not enough pillows and he said we couldn’t have any more. There was a pull out sofa and he said the sheets should be there and they were not. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it were free.

Floor nasty, ask to switch rooms but was told non was available. My card got charged twice. Room had a bad smell, smoke detector beeping. Awful weekend. Will not book there again.

Decent place to spend a night, but very run-down beyond normal wear. The state health department shut down their hot tub.

To start things off, the front desk help was super rude and just not attentive at all, then when we get to our room, there’s a throw up stain by the bed and the pillows are legit dirty. No shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Completely empty. And to top it off, the pool was shut down. Running but had a closed sign on it. Never ever going here again. Waste of my money. So disgusting

This was the 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The place was dirty. The room was dirty, the floor needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped, the 2nd floor hallway needed to be vacuumed, there was trash all around the property, and the place smelled like they were smoking pot the whole time we were there. I will Never go back to that hotel again.

It is okay for the price. Our room had no toilet paper. When we asked for toilet paper they gave us one roll for 5 people.

Clean room and convenience

The property smelled of marijuana. The carpets throughout the facility looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. There were holes in the bathroom door, sheets had stains from overuse, the ice machine was nonfunctional. Only positive: no bed bugs.

The exterior was nice and deceiving, the lobby was nice but unclean. I checked in at 3pm and when I checked out at 10am the lobby or the stairs and the walkways were never vacuumed. The pool was not in service for which is why I even rented the room. Was told that the pool had been down for a long time. The room was dated , bad stains thru out the carpet. The pull out couch cushion was so stained we wouldn't even use it . There was so much stuff under it that it looked like no one has either in forever. This place is independently owned and it definitely shows that the owner don't seem to care about their property. And definitely shows that corporate don't do a very good job at inspecting there properties that use their name. The breakfast was great.

Room was like a meat freezer. TV could not display You Tube or Netflix. Other shows were pure trash. Work out machine was inoperable. Staff behind the desk were like the walking dead. This entire property needs to be trashed, renewed or refurbished.

The room wasn't that clean due to it had some mold in the room

Damaged furniture strewn about room. Alarm beeping sound in room. Entire property smells of marijuana. Staff unapologetic and rude. No soap in bathroom. Shampoo dispenser empty. TV in bedroom not working. AC in hallway not working causing hotel to be very hot. Noisy road with motorcycles buzzing by at night. Terrible experience. Do not stay here.
