The staff was awesome the price was excellent. The down fall is the outside activity breakfast was filling

Felt like home how clean and comfortable they made me felt

The hotel is a bit dated, but several upgrades have been made. Our room was very clean. The staff members were all very nice and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the beautiful and comfortable dining room.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. A little old and one resident had a dog who. Armed often in room 121!

Location to highway was excellent...free breakfast was nice, but not enough variety 2 things...plug on lamp on bedside table did not work to change my phone...tub did not drain properly...was standing in ankle deep water

My sister, my nephew, and I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites on September 19th, and the condition of our room was completely unacceptable. The hotel may look nice from the outside, but once we entered our room, it was a completely different story. The vents had black staining coming from them, the nightstand drawer was broken off, and there were huge water stains on the ceiling. The room clearly appeared to have serious maintenance and cleanliness issues. But the worst part was the pull-out bed. The mattress had a HUGE blood stain on it. This was not something we could simply overlook. My sister immediately went downstairs to speak with the man at the front desk and told him about the condition of the mattress. His response was shocking. Rather than offering to replace the mattress, move us to another room, or take the situation seriously, he said he could give her some sheets to put over the blood-stained mattress. Sheets do NOT make a blood-stained mattress acceptable. My sister asked him if he would personally sleep on that mattress in that condition. He still did not seem concerned and did not offer an appropriate solution. As a paying guest, I would expect basic cleanliness, sanitation, and a reasonable response from hotel staff when something this serious is reported. Thankfully, we only had to stay one night. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and based on this experience, I would strongly encourage a

The room was dirty upon arrival: there was a nail clipping left on the nightstand, hairs in the bathroom, the carpet was stained and sticky and the sheets were absolutely disgustingly stained. Further, the telephone in the room is not working, which we discovered when we tried to call the front desk to let them know the hair dryer was broken and request a new one.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Both rooms I was in had broken furniture - missing door fronts or major damage. The fridge was not keeping items cold. And housekeeping only comes every third day.

Hotel is convenient to I-26. Decent quality bedding: mattresses & pillows. Was a bit disappointed in breakfast selection; in this day of hot entrees & accompaniments, this site offered just one hot dish, country gravy biscuits.

The staff was amazing! The hotel is very dated . The wallpaper was peeling on the third floor and the hallways alway smelled like weed. The room was pretty much clean had some stains in the carpet and on the couch . The air was amazing worked great . Tv worked great . Bed were ok very stiff . The pool was nice unfortunately while we were there the spa wasn’t working . Overall it was an okay stay . Definitely not my first choice but it was ok. The staff was super nice and friendly. The bathroom was wayyyy too small . I kept stubbing my toe on the door getting out of the shower . The water was hot and had great water pressure. Clean beds /bathrooms . I’d recommend for a quick stay .
