Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

I was in town for my son's freshman- orientation for USC and I hadn't booked my hotel room yet, so I had time to look at the different hotels in the area. I was looking for something that was well maintained with a decent size pool that was clean. I also wanted it to be in a good location. I decided to stay about 10 minutes away from USC so it wasn't as busy and a little less expensive. I found this hotel to be in a good location with great hospitality. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was cleaned every day that I was there. The entire Hotel was very well kept and my room was a great size, very clean, and the air conditioner worked perfect. It did also come with a continental breakfast which was okay. Waffles we're good and they also offered sausage and egg Patty and biscuit to make a sandwich along with cereals,yogurts, fruit, oatmeal, juices and coffee. Overall it was a greatstay and I will definitely be coming back!

A very low end type of hotel in a bad area. Positives were a comfortable bed and pillows and a good breakfast. The biggest issue was that the hotel charged me a different rate $50 more per night , than my Expedia reservation said it would be. Expedia claims the hotel rate changed during the period. Besides this, my room had a broken lamp, no hair conditioner, the thinnest towels I've ever encountered. The gym has a broken treadmill but a working recumbent bike and elliptical. I don't recommend this hotel or this particular area.

Lack of adequate toiletries in the bathroom. Very worn/damaged rug in room. The remote didn't work, had to go to front desk for replacement. TV was a challenge to navigate, no options for Netflix.

The room and facility was very clean and accommodating. I traveled with 2 teenagers so we needed multiple sets of towels for showers each day and they were clean and very willing to give us full set-ups just by walking down to grab them from the front counter. The AC in the room was nice and cool. The pillows were a bit hard for my liking, but we had multiple on the two queen beds so we made it work. Sheets seemed fresh and clean as well. The breakfast was minimal and not for special diets or gluten-free but the other family members we went with (we traveled for a wedding) liked it. Wish that they had water filter fill up station for water bottles/jugs and wish they had more accommodations for brekkie, like fresh fruit, or gluten free, vegan, options to go such as granola bars or protein bars.

Could use an upgrade especially the low toilets and slippery showers, unsafe! Satisfied for a quick lay over with easy accent to the highway!

When I walked in the lobby to check in, no one was behind the desk. I saw a lady in a room off the lobby washing dishes. After a couple of minutes, I asked her if anyone was working the desk and she said yes me,what do you need? I should've turned around and walked out then but it was late and I was tired. I told her I needed to check in.

Friendly front desk staff! My request for top floor away from elevator was met and very quiet and comfortable, and clean! There was a distinctive smell in halls and a musty smell in room. For the area/exit of the hotel, the rate seemed high for the condition, appeal, and the age of the hotel itself. Touting it as “executive” is a stretch.

I didn’t like that when I needed extra linen that I had to go down to get it myself. Privacy is nice and I didn’t want to have to leave my room unless necessary.

It was horrible. Rooms look like a booked at the econo lodge. Then they lied and kept my $100 deposit saying the room smelled like smoke. I never smoked not 1 cigarette or anything in there. Very poor service full of thieves and liars. Cheap t.v no good channels. Will never go there again and neither should you.

The owners were very nice and friendly.

Room was very clean

Breakfast was just fair. As to location, the hotel is in a good spot. Road access very good. Location provides easy access to businesses, restaurants, entertainment. During the 1 night I was there, the quality of the breakfast biscuit was the only issue. I know that sounds petty, but the substance & quality was lack Ing. Then again, I make my own

The stay, room, staff were great. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast but overall would stay again.
