Sleep Inn Columbia

The toilet/shower door is a pocket door that was difficult to open and close. There was no venting in toilet/shower room either. Toilet flush was not very strong and we had to go get a plunger. It was not a surprise to the front desk, who immediately handed it to me with a bag over the plunger portion. My in-laws were next door and did not have the door or toilet issue. Beds were decent. Did not hear nearby freeway. Neighborhood was ok. They lock automatic door at night.

Very old and needs to be remodeled. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would not stay here again.

Great place and loved the rooms

Staff was good. Property left a lot to be desired. Room was clean but property as whole was not well maintained.

Thanks carpet could stand a deep steam cleaning. The hotel is older but in usable shape, other than the problem I listed I would stay here again.

Clean and nice

THE FIRST DESK AND THE CLEANING STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. CLEAN UP YOUR PROPERTY THE ROOM HAD AN ODOR THAT I WENT AND BOUGHT LYSOL TO SPRAY, IT WAS DIRTY WALL PAPER THE VENT ON THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS GROSS AND THE BREAKFAST WAS CEREAL AND WAFFLES.

Hard-working staff especially Sabrina at the front desk she's unbelievable work so hard always there and just a pleasant person with all the hours she works

The front desk lady was a doll! However, our room was not great, bathroom door wouldn't close, shower water temperature was never hot, the AC was not consistent with the temperature, and the AC vents made a terrible noise. The most disappointing aspect was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway of our room, after seeing all the THIS IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. I had my kids with me and they couldn't stand the smell, so that was a HUGE red flag for me.

The room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The bed was and that was nice. The toilet ran water all night. We tried to fix it to no avail, but told front desk this morning.
