Clean beds, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Carpet had a lot of stains but the staff was wonderful. They gave us new towels and emptied our garbage daily. Gave us an early check in. Very nice. We stayed for a week.

Our only complaint is about the lack of parking. We arrived at 9:30 pm and parking was hard to find. Other folks had taken up more than one spot and it appeared that the spots were too narrow.

I was placed on the ground floor with a broken screen and cracked window frame. Did not feel safe staying there with my daughter. We left immediately, even without a cancellation policy.

This was very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where we were going! It is a good hotel but it could use some upgrading. The beds are soft and has 4 pillows on each bed! The bathroom is a split one. Sink on the outside and the toilet and shower behind a pocket door. The breakfast is good. Only hot item is the make your own waffle. They have 2 cereals, yogurt and muffins, bagels and bread to toast. I do wish they would look at the areas that need touch up of paint, but that is a small thing. The property is nice and so are the rooms overall. It is a great hotel for the price and location!

I'm being very generous with a 6 star rating. The property screams of "I Don't Care!" . The only person who seemed to care about their job was a front desk lady.

The room was clean, the staff were very friendly & beds were very cozy!! We appreciate the free early check in after 12pm (we arrived at about 1pm) to settle in.

The beds were comfortable and the air worked great The refrigerator was frozen up and the toilet seat was loose. My elderly mother almost fell off the toilet and it pinched her leg when it slid.
