This hotel was dirty. The room smelled of mildew. They advertise a pool that’s inoperable.

The property is dated a little bit but huge and the rooms r great size and clean for most part, and price of room was very very good, low price and very clean for price. I have spent double the money for a dirty room. Pool wasn't open which is why 4 stars and not 5, and the Continental breakfast was a little weak but still it's free. And the 2 chairs on my balcony, one was completely ripped and beer can smashed in corner from previous guests but wasn't cleaned all the way thru. But I understand also, bed was good, shower and bathroom completely clean and felt very comfortable

This was probably a nice hotel in the past. The lobby looks nice, but then it goes downhill quickly. Doors to the outside are padlocked. Rooms were dirty, my first room was absolutely filthy, I asked for another room and the one worker at the front desk took forever to get us a slightly better room. By better I mean it did not have food on the floors and candy melted to the dresser and drawers. He said it was the only room available. So, I did not complain that the toilet ran and the shower sprayed water out of the back of the showerhead and onto the ceiling. Not to mention, he checked this room before giving it to me and it met his standards but had a dirty towel laying on the floor and the smoke alarm had been ripped out of the wall. The two other rooms that were with us had plastic bags on the smoke alarms and cigarette butts in the room. There are also some shady characters roaming the grounds. When I checked in a lady came back with her keys and said I am not staying here and left.

Pool was closed, rooms need complete renovation. Had to switch rooms as bed was unmade and tub drain was clogged. Second room bed was better, tub drain still slow. Furniture needs cleaning. Breakfast was waffles, bread, yogurt and cereal. Not close to a buffett!. Entire hotel needs renovation to be completed. 5 out of 6 icemakers defective or missing.

Upon check in there was only one desk associate, she was polite but the staff as a whole was unhelpful. First night the fire alarm went off 6 times with no warning, all were false alarms and no staff came outside to tell us this. When inquiring after the fact we weren’t offered any reimbursement or explanation. The property looks nothing like the pictures on the website and smells completely of mildew. The bathrooms were moldy and housekeeping only comes if requested through a QR code on the back of the door. Terrible experience as a whole.

The couch in the room was dirty, but like some kind of stains on the couch dog sitting on the couch the outdoor pool area just nasty supposed to check in at 3 o’clock took me almost 2 hours to check in because they didn’t have nobody to. they had many people to clean the rooms. It’s just not organize. It was OK for the price, but you couldn’t sit on the patio the dock because the chairs was rotten.

The lady who checked me in was a recent/new employee; but you could not tell. She was so very accommodating. She saw that I was breathing a little heavy (I have COPD), and she was just so attentive and helpful in getting me checked in. When the first room was too far for me to walk, she switched my room, programmed a new key and brought it out to my car. She didn’t want me to have to trek back inside to the front desk.

The facility is under construction while under full operation.

Nice place with amazing staff. They went over and beyond. Highly recommend staying at Baymont with good breakfast options.

Hotel is being renovated according to mgt, so check back with them. Pool is closed, game room is gone. Public areas are in very poor shape. Non working entrance doors, damage to walls and floor. Room itself was updatedn bed was very comfy. Room was spotless. Location was nice also. Honestly was worth the price compared to others in the area. Just check for updates before booking.

Rooms were disgusting. ALL of the towels provided (even replacements) smelled weird and were yellowish. Fire alarms kept going off during our stay. At one point within three hours of our stay, the alarm went off 7 times!! The alarms continued into the next day. They did not have room keys available. Amenities were not provided as advertised. (Could not get a photo of the pool sign explaining it has been unavailable since 06/08/2026.)

Again most of the staff was nice and polite, I will not stay again

If you want cheap - and absolutely no need for cleanliness, kind staff, safety or any type of maintenance this is your place! It smells like urine at all the entrances, folks leave the ‘secured’ doors open with rocks or a can of soup. The bedroom was absolutely filthy. Everything was dirty, dingy, stains on the walls and furniture . I’m not convinced that the towels or sheets were clean. The room smelled like mold (the filter was dusty) and the towels in the bathroom smelled. The fire alarm went off at 12:30am and not one person from the management did a walk around or safety check. I went downstairs and the front desk person just said it’s been going on and off all day and it was fine to go back to our room. It continued to go on and off until 7am. Please spend a little more and stay someplace else - this place is terrible!!!

The person they gave us were defensive by roaches.

Was on the website. Breakfast was waffles coffee and juice. Nothing special but perfect for kids.

Not a good experience. You can start to see the issues even before venturing inside.

My room was very clean my grand daughters room was not as clean plus it smelled like weed they said the pool was open but when we went their it was locked but the staff was super

We checked in went into the rooms look .. Room #1 had black mold on the bathroom walls. The shower curtain had tears in it.The refrigerator was packed with dirty ice..looks like the has not been cleaned for many days Room #2 had towels with dark stains and they were smelly. Room 3 had dirt and stains on the floor We could not stay one more minute in that place. May I also point out that black mold is deadly . We went to the front desk and explained why we cannot stay in a place as unkept as this. The clerk apologized lightly and offered a refund. We we appalled at this experience it was a very busy week for the area most hotels were booked we found a hotel with price at 3 times of what we anticipated to pay. It was a horrible experience.
