do not trust the pictures! This place was so disgusting that when I finally made it to my room, I just sat on the coffee table looking around, not believing that they’re actually places like this! Do not come here. I felt like Clarke Griswold thinking I was going to stay a decent place and then the next thing you know the swimming pool was actually just filled a green slime and they were brown hand prints all over my bedspread, the wall has blood or something all over it and the list goes on. I actually made videos and pictures and send it to my friends because I could not believe this.

Nothing They asked for.a hundred dollar deposit on each room that I booked, which was not on the booking site. So I did not stay

Location was very convenient to the event we were attending and shopping/restaurant areas. Upon arriving, check-in was not readily available @3pm and eventually made us late for the event that was planned. After receiving our keys, attempting to go up to 2nd floor on the elevator--got stuck for approximately 18 minutes (very hot with 8 individuals). Asked for 1st floor rooms because stairs was not an option due to handicapped individual in the group. One of the rooms had a TV that was damaged and not working--but later replaced with a much smaller TV. One of the rooms did not have a smoke detector in it. Suggest some type of meat on the breakfast area. Have made 5 telephone calls trying to get a invoice that was not available at check-out. As of yet I have only an invoice for one room! Thanks

Nothing Everything the building was filthy the pool was multiple colors and not been usable in a very long time even though in the advertisement it showed a clean pool and a beautiful interior of the building it was dirty pieces of the wall were falling out there were people living there with children in their diapers running up and down the Halls and leaving messes I will never go to another Wyndham hotel this place should be closed down

The bed linen was clean and comfortable. This location is supposed to be under renovation, but I really couldn't see anything being renovated. The pool is horrible and unusable. The area around the hotel is depressed.

The only thing nice was the comfortable bed. The floor was dirty, the bathroom tub had mold on the chaulking, there was no chair to sit on, the patio windoiw was broken and not locked, the room lamps had rust spots.

The evening/night front desk lady and the manager that assisted with our issues at midnight were courteous. Our room was terrible. Considering the cleanliness rating, I felt completely blindsided. The facility was not clean in any sense. Half of the property was inaccessible or “under renovation”. The pool was out. Most of the exterior access doors were not working so we had to go through the lobby every time we came and went. They had several families that appeared to be extended stays with animals. The hallways have no central heat and air so it’s stuffy, smelly and extremely hot. We found dead bugs in our bedding, random pieces of the wall were cut open and clearly had mold. Our room was supposed to be non smoking but the smell could’ve fooled me. The batteries were removed from the smoke detector which was a very serious safety concern. Our bedding was covered in stains that appeared to be urine. We ended up leaving at midnight and making the 3 hour drive home after a 6 hour concert due to the filth. We didn’t even feel safe nor comfortable staying there although a room change was offered.

The room was big and very clean. The TV has to be connected to the Internet to work and you have to connect it. The Internet quit working at 12:15am on the TV and my phone. Go to the quick shop before you go to the hotel. Only sugar free Pepsi. Overpriced $3.25 for the drinks and $2 for a tiny bag of chips.

Exceptional

It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was updated. The rooms were very roomy too. I wasn’t so sure when I exited off the freeway and went to where the hotel was located because it was kind of sketchy seeing homeless walking around, but when I pulled up to the hotel, it was excluded from that and it was very clean on the outside. The hotel did not look rundown or anything like that..

the lady at the front desk was VERY nice! I am so grateful for her, my gut instinct was telling me to leave immediately and it had NOTHING to do with her at all. -Pool - the pool was green and had trash in it.. it appeared it had been "down" for AWHILE with no plan to fix it. -The hotel was in a sketchy area. -The lobby smelled like weed. -The balcony door in our room wasnt locked, so I felt REALLY unsafe. I did an extra sweep to make sure there werent any other guests in our room... -the glass doors at the back entrance (where we were told to come in to bring in our personal items and access the elevator) were busted. - I was traveling alone with my child, and ended up at a MUCH more expensive hotel 25 mins in the opposite direction of where we needed to be out of desperation to get away from this hotel.

My room was dirty! The sink was dirty, there was a dead roach under the sink, the hand towel was stained & a roach came walking down the wall. The patio door handle was missing I did not feel safe! I requested a room change and the issues did not cease. I will never stay there again! Staff was nice friendly
