Decent hotel

The price for the quality of the room was not there. The room hasn’t been updated in years. The Chair in the room had been pealing for a good period of time. The wall sockets barely held my power cords

Clean. But, called for fresh towel they said someone was on the way up nv came. Microwave and a few lamps were not working. Was missing the desk chair.

Staff was friendly and location was good since we were coming from out of state for parents weekend but def needs some love and a good paint job. Beds were comfortable

The carpet and furniture had stains all over it. It was missing a desk chair for the desk and I had a meeting the morning of checkout on teams. 4 stars is a big reach for this property

I slept unusually well at this hotel. It was quiet, clean and well maintained. No issues with the property and it’s in a great location.

Great location

We booked a room with a friend and asked for our rooms to be conjoined as we have girls who wanted to play etc. they said they did it. My friend checked in before us and when we got checked In we were across the hall. We called. They said they would fix it and then they never did. Not to mention my room which I have a 4 and a 7 year old didn’t have a tub. Just a shower… isn’t that why we put the age??? It wasn’t a terrible stay but I feel the room situation should have been fixed.

The property is old and in desperate need of a major update. The room a/c didn’t work and it was loud. The walls and floors had marks and were dirty. The pillows were half the size of standard ones. The shower floor was moldy and we had to shower with shoes on. The furniture in the room and in the lobby was broken, stained and gross. The pool water color was yellow, and the pool deck was in need of repair. There were no “do not disturb” signs available and in spite of the door being locked and the tv on loud volume, housekeeping managed to walk in while we were getting ready. I could not wait to check out. The only positive was the staff who were friendly and helpful.

The carpet was so bad I would not walk on it without shoes

We stayed here for one night during the University of South Carolina visit. It was a great location. Hotel was clean, and staff was very nice!
