Overnight stay with my daughter and two grands. Staff friendly and helpful. Room service was perfect. Would recommend and would also stay again.

Overall great value plus the added convenience of the restaurant, good prices and great food makes this a favorite stay for my business trips to Columbia.

The staff was amazing! However, my accommodation was not the Double Tree standard. The furnishings was old, peeling and split. The chair did not have the cushion cover all the way on. All drawers were opened when I entered the room. The bed/bedding was fine. Overall my stay was average at best. The staff is what boosted my rating. Again, they were amazing.

I was very comfortable & the staff went above & beyond to keep me happy!

Had dinner in the hotel and unfortunately there was an insanely rowdy group at the bar. One person was literally screaming. I just wanted a fairly relaxing dinner while listening to a book with my earbuds. I could not hear it over the group. When I asked if there was anywhere quieter I could eat..."probably not". No effort was made by the staff to quiet down the group.

It took three rooms to finally get to a handicap accessible room like I paid for the first worker told me I could go to CVS and buy a shower chair. The manager on duty was very nice and helpful. The rooms listed should not be listed as handicap accessible.

My room ac wasn’t working and I got mold on my bathroom, than I got moved to another room almost @ 1:45 am when I got 2 kids and I was charged for $31 the no one knows why.

1. No toiletries (soap, hand cleaner, etc) in the bathroom on arrival. Had to go down to the front desk for it. 2. Door to patio was unable to lock, also the bar was broken. 3. Put food in the refrigerator only to find out it was never turned on prior to our arrival, hence the food spoiled over night. Evidently, none of this was reported to management. You'd think at $150+/night, these issues wouldn't happen. Disappointed to say the least.
