Just our toilet was messed up the whole time

The property was clean but they have a problem with bugs also when I went to ask for clean towels I was told they don’t do that I have to go buy some other then that my stay was peaceful

Location Employees, no fridge, lost all my things because I couldn't use storage for my things so I could store them properly* ...

Close to work Roaches but I had control of it

The room was nice, and the mini kitchen was awasome, the front desk clerk was not nice and I heard her being very rude to another guest. The front desk clerk, she checked me in on may first, and I arrived a little early and she wasn’t accomadating at all.

Location Loitering

Nothing. Room was dirty and had bugs everywhere. It was so bad I tried to check out early and they refused to refund my early check out. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!! Everything. The room was small and cramped. There were bugs in the room. And the manager was rude and would not let me checkout early. Says they don’t do refunds. Bad place to stay even for the cheap price.

room was dirty and had a terrible smell. room was bare. nothing was in it. I only stayed one night.

Nothing It was dirty, the location was bad, there were cops there almost every night, they didn’t even provide toilet paper.

The location is great for my needs and not far from downtown and shopping, etc. The design of the building is very beautiful; feels like a townhome community. The cost is relatively inexpensive compared to other places. The staff are nice, overall. It would be nice to have been provided with pots and pans to cook with - as I'm in a Premium Suite. It would also be nice to have weekly toilet paper and paper towels provided by the hotel as well. Daily breakfast (even muffins, breakfast bars, and coffee) would be great. Just some ideas... :-)

Location was convenient A half of star, elevator didn't work

When I checked in I was sent to a room with no fridge then I was sent to a room that was clean but no blanket on the bed. Check out was 11 at 11 o’clock I was called and ask if I was extending my stay. About 30 mins after I left I received a call and ask if I took the blanket from the room. Told her there was no blanket I got my own she sounded like she didn’t believe me but I was not charged for it. For two days there was 2 full bottles of fire ball laying on the ground next to the parking lot in the grass where children could get it. Very loud with construction (understandable) I work night they knew that and put me right next door to I. Not understandable many open rooms father away

The only problem was that the shower in renovated room 123 leaked onto the floor. The contractor bolted the shower curtain 2 inches too high, or you can buy a longer curtain.

I was promised a $51.00 refund and never received it. They kept telling me it would arrive soon and it never did.
