Check in was ok however they have roaches and don’t provide you with everything you supposed to get at check-in. After my first night I asked to checkout and get a refund for the remainder of my stay I booked 10nights. I’m told no refunds and I can’t cancel. Policy says you must book a minimum of 7 nights. Mind you I didn’t receive any policies at check-in. I tell the clerk ok you have my signature on file even I don’t have a copy of what I sign. I’ll eat 7 nights just refund me the additional 3 nights. They respond no. Ok so now I’m pissed bc you not moving me to another room and to say it’s an extended stay they don’t even provide anything for you. No pots, cups, plates, flatware, tissue or towels. When I called the clerk tells me I could have called some number to get tissue and towels. Well how would I know that if the info wasn’t provided at check-in. I know when you’re in a situation to need an extended stay you try to be cost effective but spend the extra money and stay somewhere safe and roach free. I would not recommend and they never checked me out that first night. I didn’t receive the doc I signed until after i complained. Worse motel experience I ever had. DON’T RECOMMEND

I like the proximity to food and entertainment. The hotel is also close to the highway and other major roadways. The property was dirty on the outside and there were maintenance issues with the fire alarms.

The restaurants that are in the area give you various choices for food. I didn't like anything. The staff was never available. Even when the signs say when they would be there, they weren't. I tried to check out at 11 am. I was waiting for over 20 minutes with other customers for a agent. I had to leave and did not get my deposit back. The room and elevator had roaches. I was there for a week and they only gave me 2 wash clothes and a bar of soap, WTF? The room door isn't secured, the lock barely catches. The smoke alarm batteries started dying and the chirping started at 2AM. There was no one to help so I took the alarm down, took the batteries out and left it on the table. The guest laundry room had a bunch of machines but, most did not work. Poor management is the blame.

My advice to you is DON’T stay here. I travel a lot and have stayed in many places this one is by far the worse ever. I was asleep and heard a bang on the door, I said who is there. No answer, the next thing I see is two men standing inside my room. They said they were there to spray. I said I paid for the room and didn’t want any chemicals of unknown origins around me.They insisted and I said it more firmly and shouted get out. I was so upset, I called management and they told me to CHECK OUT, IN THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL WAY. They said they would report me to the Health Dept. My experience was not worth the price. The Indian man kept walking past my door I guess he was trying to intimidate me. Didn’t work. I stayed my full reservation but I will never stay there again.

They didn’t have breakfast. Everything. The outside of the hotel smelled and looked nasty

Location was good staff great. It's was great except my cabinet under sink in kitchen was broke the whole time and it's tight cooking so close to the sink and it had no light for cooking.

Location No one ever came to bring towels, toilet paper or bed sheets to change during our 7 night stay. We weren't even asked if we would need anything during the stay. GM was rude and loud. Lost power in the room and had to call over in the night for someone to come see what was wrong. Then every day after that lost power at different times in different outlets, the kitchan, and the bathroom. The smell of Marijuana was so string all day and night. Coming out of several of the rooms when you walked by. The elevator didn't work early am hours. Not a great stay

There was no breakfast The room smelled like smoke, the fire alarm would blow out my ears late at night, I left unhappy with the room days before my leave date and still had to pay for a few days that I wasn't even in the room. Not happy at all about paying for a room I left unhappy with! Ridiculous!

The staff was nice I wasn’t there an hour and 5 cops pulled up on a domestic dispute. There was a young pregnant girl getting beat up by her boyfriend. This was supposed to be a smoke free facility, but I left after two days without even getting a refund and I booked for a week. They were smoking so much that my hair clothes and luggage smelled like smoke. The door looked like someone had been trying to dig through the lock. The halls were filthy grime and smelled like hell. I asked for a refund at the desk, but they said I had to call corporate. Neither I nor booking.com has been able to get a response. I’m ended up leaving without getting my money back. On the day that I left someone was smoking weed in the rooms and there was a guy standing by my car smoking a joint. It was the most awful experience ever

The room was filthy.

I didn’t like how dirty it was roaches everywhere the carpet was tore up tile missing on the kitchen floor, dirty comforters, overall just not a good place to stay if you like a clean place
