Royal Inn Columbia/Fort Jackson

It was right off the highway The stairs

Very few amenities. No shampoo, no breakfast, no facility to heat water in room for coffee or tea. No property’s fault but with road construction around the motel almost certainly impossible to get to. Movement on the bead cause a popping sound when underneath the bed.

Not much Most of it. Pretty bad upkeep and they gave us the wrong room (why did I pay for a double when I reserved a king)

Convenient location. I stayed here because it’s convenient. Unfortunately the noise outside my room was awful. Someone was playing their radio loudly while hanging around their car. I finally slept out of exhaustion but it was not a good sleep.

Can’t have visitors so strict of course

It was very difficult to maneuver our way to the Royal inn because of the construction in the area. Maybe they should have some street lights so it would be a little easier to find

Nothing there some nasty Indian taking over everything Everything they like to call police when there wrong

Room had mold

Horrible left without staying an hour i want my money back I didnt like anything

The location was good, although construction made navigating the area challenging. The owners were very nice and helpful. I stayed here to go to a game at the stadium. It was better to save the hundreds of dollars and get a $20 uber than to pay the extortionate rates other hotels were charging. It's a good place to sleep, just don't expect a 5 star resort.

The owners were extremely helpful and went out of there way to assist. The room was clean. Couldnt recommend highly enough

We got 2 rooms we found condom wrappers in tje beds they didn't give us the rooms we had reserved

I liked how short-notice I was able to book and check in. Easy and streamlined. Easy access to I-20 Facilities were in dire need of renovation. Between carpets and peeling wallpaper older than I am coupled with missing fixtures and the prerogative nature of other patrons during my stay I certainly wouldn’t return again. Especially when significantly nicer hotels were only $20ish more

That the next day I called Mr.Patel to get my credit card reimbursed and he already had done so. He was quite nice and sorry. That the clerk did not have access to the store room.
