House keeping was so help and considerate to needs. Always spoke to us so nice. I hate to describe her according to color but right now I can't not remember her name at this moment but, I need the hotel to know she is a great worker. she had a (red cap on everytime she was working and she is white) and so friendly !!! I would be friends with her if we meet up on the street. LIke I said this lady is fantastic my room was 222 and I stayed Sept 4th to Sept 6th.I need her to know I appreciate your work ethics and how considerate you as a person. Thank you. FRONT desk clerk upon checking which was around 6:30/7pm on the sept 4th, was a younger black lady that also was so nice and attentive and respectful. Just because of these two works and the comfort of the room I will come back and recommend this hotel. PROs room,: bed very comfortable, 5 pillows square shap and comfortable. bathroom clean even toilet sink & tub area. Room very spacious great lighting throughout room. It was not a noisy hotel. I felt safe in and outside. We slept LIKE babies. AIR-CON worked great. Hallways where clean. Elevators ran quickly. They served decent complementary hot and cold breakfast choices. Cons : only one bag cart. Need to figure how to make sure after guess leave that pool which is within lobby and directly where people need to walk to get elevator. The water trail can really lead to a slip and get hurt. you need a mate that can absorb that water that's leading from indoor pool to hallway into elevator. Now I carry room spray always but your room do have a bamp smell. Not that It made me what to ckout but hotel need to work it out Or putt some type of absorting powder or something within rooms. But I walk with my sprays. Oh. Great location everything you need is with good distance driving and even walking. My Cons are not enough to Not come back or Not recommend this Comfort Inn. Breakfast was good. Staff was also helpful. Pool was a good addition. The bathroom was not clean. Hair in the tub, Yuk. Asked for an iron, never came. Got bit by what I think was ants. Overall would not stay there again.

The toilet would not flush, the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor and the bedding had blood and yellow (pee?) stains - wifi was a charge so I did not use

The pool area does need to be cleaned. There were knats flying around and spider webs and spiders in the corner.

The room was clean Some staff member was rude. Breakfast was horrible. First day; the coffee was water, the juice was water with a splash of juice flavor. No fruit, like to yogurts, watery eggs- I went to get breakfast at 6:30, breakfast is from 6-9 Second day; still no only 2 yogurts, one apple, same bad eggs, they add sausages, and fix the coffee.

First time at this hotel location. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool

The people were nice The pool was cold the room was not clean when we checked in there was still food and stuff in it I had to clean up phone didn’t work in room no amenities in room at breakfast no plates to eat on said they were out how do eat waffles with no plate beds were not soft at all they were awful and water pressure in shower was awful

Location great staff great hotel great First night No Hot Water to shower ??Cleaning Staff forgot to clean room and bring extra towels So I had to move to another floor 2nd room was ok just I had to move all my belongings

Room for as dirty (bought disinfectant wipes to clean). Towel bar falling off wall, bedding was dirty (did ask for it to be changed and it was better), brown sludge running down wall in hall way, hot water took 15 min to make it to our room, carpeting in hallway was filthy. Called Hotels.com to try to get out of the room and/or change my reservation to just 1 night so I could find another hotel, but was denied due to the fact that the hotel front desk would not answer the phone. Would never book this hotel again.

The customer service experience alone was amazing. The lafy at the front desk answer all questions and concerns without any issues and in a timely manner.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay everything was great
