I liked when I left. Everything about this place elevator broke no running water in the shower or bath. Toilet didn't flush

The pillows… It is not what is advertised online. Apparently they have been a Travelodge for over a year and the signs have not been changed and still says LaQuinta, no free breakfast at all as advertised and only had coffee which was not even drinkable, elevators were out, smelled musky and old. It was not what worth what the price is at all.

Nothing I did not like walking in and smelling marijuana. I did not like 30% ceiling tiles missing and water dripping into a bucket. I did not like going into my room to find no sheets, etc. I went to the desk and let the young lady know and and she handed me a set of sheets! I did not like having to make my own bed when I had paid for three nights. We only stayed one night, although 3 were paid for because the manager was not there the first night to cancel our reservations. We still haven't been refunded for the two nights. We had to go pay for a decent hotel for the next two nights. We used a third party to book and I have let them know the condition of his property so they will not recommend it. To say I was disappointed would be an extreme understatement.

Is not habitable. Roaches crawling on the floors. Swimming pool was black water with moss growing. Holes in the walls. Window covering falling off window. Smoke ridden. Elevator broken. Refused to stay at facility. Still waiting on refund. Prepaid thru Hotels.com. Do not stay here. This place should be closed by the city. A complaint to the city will be done on first business day.

NOTHING Booking.com should be ashamed to have this hotel associated with their company. I would highly recommend looking for another place to stay unless you like sleeping with bugs, showering in filthy shower and no ac in the room. Also, this is not a smoke free hotel

Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.

First this isnt travel lodge it’s Laquinta which use to be decent. Elevator broken, sockets not working, one light bub in room was blown, no iron.
-
How spacious it was and the set up I saw bugs in the room
-
Didn’t even have a room for me

The entire hotel had leaky ceiling and smelled like mold, wet dogs, and weed smoke. There were holes in the hallway windows. There were several roaches in the stairwells. The door to our room was broken so we had to bump it with our shoulder to force it open. It was dingy and dirty everywhere. We would not have stayed, but it was late and we were exhausted so we slept on top of the covers with our travel clothes still on. I thought about a shower in the morning, but I turned on the tub which had rust all in it and was visibly dirty (there was still hair from another guest in it) THE WATER CAME OUT BLACK. Based on deceptive pictures and a professional-sounding name, coupled with the fact that I went through a reputable site like booking.com, I thought I was just getting a great deal. I see now that i was duped. We did not stay the second night and got other accommodations. We will never use or recommend booking.com nor this hotel chain again.

Tub was black, toilet water was brown, holes in the ceiling throughout the whole hotel, bad smell , need to be closed down
-
Everything was really good and straight
-
Proximity to shopping Mall
-
N/A It is one property that should be shut down to renovate. Walls damaged, dirty rugs, 2 towels with no hand towels or face cloths. No hanging devices for clothes . Tub had no stopper for bath possibility. Grungy room.
-

-

Nothing No signage on the outside of the building. Window blinds were askew in many rooms. The elevator was in disrepair. The room we were issued was FILTHY, with water running in the tub, and the smell of human waste and smoke.
-
Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.

Room did not have cups/glasses, coffee, adequate towels, tv did not work initially, roach on the counter. Sep 14 there was a loud fight - lots of shouting - in the hallway around 2:00am and banging noises in the room near me, was afraid to leave in the morning. Stairwell doors were all propped open - seems like a fire code violation. Was afraid the elevator would stop working due to the loud noises it made. No sign on the building indicating it was a Travelodge.
