The floors was very dirty and little to no hot water for showers

I truly appreciate the kitchenette. I loved the full refrigerator. I loved the kitchen sink as well. The bathtub was kinda small but yet do able.

Good location, the room smelled amazingly clean throughout our stay. Large refrigerator. Air conditioner worked like a champ. The bathroom was the dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen. I didn’t even take a chance and bathe nor shower because I was afraid to touch the bathtub. Very small bathroom. The price was higher than what should’ve been.

The location was convenient The staff. The key wouldn’t work have the time. The placed smelled like marijuana constantly. It was noisy. The staff at the front desk were rude about 75% of the time. They accused us of stealing things when we checked out to try and keep our deposit

Staff okay Elevator dysfunctional. 4 nights of stay no housekeeping to clean my room or change linen. Noise from other guest screaming and jumping at 2 am. No sleep all night due to noise.

WiFi worked most of the time The room was dirty. The bathroom was disgustingly and dirty. The shower was full of gunk that caused that caused the shower to flood. People were constantly doing drugs outside the facility and it would come through the walls. People staying there were noisy all hours of the night. They accused us of stealing from them and have yet to return my refund.

everything was clean. from the kitchen , bathroom and bedroom. they didnt have a microwave... people with food come to eat and would like to warm there food up but cant.

Made reservations online. Arrived at midnight after flight delays. Office closed. Night clerk down right nasty, the worst and most unprofessional I have ever encountered. Tub just down right nasty. I couldn't even shower. Not good at all. Day desk clerk pleasant and professional as always. I would like my money back or a free night in a clean room, when I visit next.

This room was so horrible I didn’t sleep or shower. My son was also not okay with sleeping. He didn’t even take his clothes off. We waited until we arrived at our new hotel to shower and get comfy.

It’s what you would expect from a $59 dollar a night hotel. Cleanliness was questionable. Definitely had roaches. Ac worked great. Had hot MOST days.
