    The staff a female at the office front desk. Was rude and gave no information to how to get to the room. Which way to walk or what side of the building the room was on. It was there 10 minutes before 11pm and didn't know how to get staff to get keys to the room. There was a red box on the side of the office outside. It looked like a first aid box attached to the wall. A person who was walking by told me to use the box. That was there after office hours phone to get a staff member for late check in. Not much information to tell you how to get a room. I don't know what happened to the people in Columbus but they are rude. No customer service, no hospitality, no warm greeding, and no welcoming. The room what missing things thats I'm happy I had. So I didn't have to deal with the attitude of the staff to get things I couldn't buy because everything was closed in the area. There was a dog in someone room who bark for 3 hours all night long. I didn't get the rest I need to be able to drive the rest of my trip. I didn't bother to tell them about the dog bark. My husband said something to the guy and the dog stopped.

    Cuarto sucio la bañera parecía que habían matado alguien ahí. Nos cambian a otro cuarto y estaba con olor fuerte a pintura pedí que me devolvieran el dinero no me quedé ni una noche ahí lugar inseguro.

    That it had kitchen facility That it had no pots pans dishes or silverware and no coffee filters or coffee.the room was fairly priced, and for that amount of money should cover that cost for the guests.

    I couldn't stay here after booking 4 nights. I stayed one night and left. Its smelly, dingy and it is built right next to a major highway. The front office staff are really friendly and as helpful as can be. The property is just awful. I didn't like anything about it. The old ac the uncomfortable beds, and disgusting flat pillows.

    This property get's no stars from my husband and I. After leaving our cruise from Port Canaveral we decided to take out time arriving back to Atlanta. We booked this room through Expedia after reviewing the reviews. They were'nt great but they were descent to sleep for a night (we thought). We arrived late to the Hotel to find the Check In office was closed. All the lights were out and there was a sign that said the office closed at 11:00. We beat on the door several minutes with no response. After sitting in the apartment lot tryng to see if there was any contact information for us to inquire and there was no number or instructions given. We decided to leave the go the the property that sits directly in front of this hotel. We learned they had no rooms available. I then mentioned the situation we were having with Studio 6 and he told me that the attendant was there and gave me a direct number to call. We returned to Studio 6 and called the number and a man answered the phone and told me to come to the door. He was very rude but either way we got the keys to our room 339. Upon entering and turning on the lights roaches began to scatter. It was now 1:00 in the morning and we had to sleep. We killed the ones we seen and gathered what we needed for the over night stay only and put our bags back in the car. I went to go take a shower only to find that the shower did not work. No one answered the phone! I would not advise this hotel to anyone!

    It was quiet, and easy access. I didn't like that i never got my $100 deposit credited back to my card. I am not a smoker, did not damage anything,and cannot get anyone to answer when I call.

    I passed a church in Harris County. I booked two rooms for a family of singers, nine in total. When they arrived, there was such loudness the smell of marijuana and partying in the area of the room that they were given. They did not even want to expose their children to such an environment. So they left and did not stay there, and went to another hotel.

    I like that one of the cleaners offerd my children books that other people had left behind in some of the other rooms. Nothing other then the worker being kind and giving my children books.
