The room was clean except for the shower which had a lot of mold growing in it. When we checked there was no trash can in the bathroom nor a bar soap for the sink but both problems were resolved after pointing them out ti housekeeping . Lots of free parking. Houluhans restaurant on site. Has the highest rating of almost any hotel in Columbus. Would hate to see the lower starred properties

Really nice room great staff parking was easy. I think the breakfast is overpriced. I love it. They had a restaurant inside of the hotel. Definitely will stay there again.

Beds! Unkept, dilapidated, mold for sure (had to change hotels due to reaction to mold) breakfast was really bad and the only thing edible was not replenished.

Overall, the stay was OK, but not the normal standard I’m used to for the Doubletree.The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly as always, which my family and I appreciated. But, we had some issues. We had a problem at check-in - we had 2 rooms booked, but we waited over an hour past check-in time to get those 2 rooms near each other on the same floor. There was a housekeeping issue where clean towels were delayed daily. Our room‘s bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke even though the facility is supposed to be 100% smoke free. And the A/C was not working in the workout room. As nice as the staff was, because of these things, we will not be staying here again.

Bathroom had two bugs in the tub, and bathroom felt like a sauna heat room never got cooled. Breakfast in the morning was horrible should of been pippin hot, grits were hard as a rock, it should of been a free buffet instead of $29 only ate there one day instead of all three day witch should of been the best breakfast 🍳 ever. But other than that no complaints!!!?

My room was dusty , I found used towels from previous occupants behind the clean ones and their used trash can wasn’t emptied either. Staffs were always on the hallway speaking loudly or their phones. On the other side, room was spacious with hardwood floor
