the entire room was clean and bed was comfortable..

We were there Saturday and Sunday for an event. Our event ended about 8:30, so we didn't get to the hotel til about 8:45. The pool closed at 8. Front desk rep opened the pool til almost 10 so our kids could swim. Front desk rep was happy, and courteous, like she loved her job!! Everything was great!!

Ok Room amenities were not functional

Comfortable beds No lock on bathroom door, no shampoo, wall paper peeling, A/C leaking in bedroom, 3 towels for 4 guests, breakfast options not great, no batter for Waffles, sink clogged , TV Remote worked sometimes and stains on the bed linens. Ice machine didn't work on 4th floor.

Nothing Dirty we left because it had roaches

We were told we could only have one towel person and if we wanted new ones we had to bring our old ones and exchange it. We stayed for 4 nights and not one time did housekeeping come. We ran out of toilet paper! Lights didn't work in the bathroom. Beds weren't even made properly upon arrival. When we called about a water issue we were informed the manager was mad for being called. We just wanted our hot water work. Pool was extremely dirty and lobby trash cans were over flowing every day!

Everytime I return home I always stay here. It’s close to the exits, lots of food near by, you can walk to Walmart, Dollar Tree and even hibachi style cooked food. I forgot the name but it’s my favorite. Staff is always helpful! Always willing to do what’s needed if you simply ask. I got sick and needed to stay another night and they didn’t make me change rooms or give me a hassle. They extended it, allowed me to come down and pay and made sure no one bothered me. I needed that rest after a night of partying ha ha! I’ve been coming here for well over five years. And I always will.

I stay at this hotel very often when visiting family. This was one of the very best experiences I had. From the staff to the cleanliness of the room? Perfect! I was only given one rag. As a woman? That’s unsanitary so I went and bought more at a store bc I didn’t have time to ask staff when I was out. I wanted to come back in and shower. Then rest.

The room is dusty. Staff was terrible on the phone. It appears talking to someone well trying to take my reservations did not look you in the eye. hot to understand speak with slur very slow performance duties very slow at checkout took too long. He wanted my room key to go and check the room before he would give me my deposit back. I’m a police officer in full uniform. Working in Columbus on an extra job detail, staff was not polite. I would not pick that hotel to stay in again.

This property is disgusting. We had paid for four nights and ended up only staying one night due to there being bugs in the bed. Our faucet was busted, there was yellow stains all over our sheets. Our bathroom had no door frame. And we had planned with our family member who had just graduated from the army to go back to the hotel and swim, but we cannot do so because there was dead frogs in the pool. The hotel felt so nasty for my kids.
