Great place to stay, me and my family had a great time staying here!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because breakfast is horrible. Individual Pre packaged egg patties with kale and tomatoes, and individual very small Belgian waffles. Canadian Bacon and bagels/bread were only items not prepackaged. The breakfast attendant was very nice and sweet and I understand she is not the one making the decisions.

I usually have a good experience with this property but this time I was put in a room that had a light out and no towel rack.

I stay at this property alot and some things have changed but its still a decent property to stay at. The front desk staff is so nice and caring especially Brianna. She has helped fix two minor issues that I had and didn't complain not once. She even followed up with me later to make sure things were good. People like this make it worth staying and shows that they love their job.

Our room was average. There were areas that needed cleaning attention and carpet was at its life expectancy. Breakfast average. Staff was very good.

My daughters and I were in the area for a military graduation. We had a great time but needed somewhere to park my car as we were utilizing one car on the military base. I loved that there was not this obsession with requiring extra money to park my car at the hotel. In fact , there was no mention at all about asking about my car license number , etc. That was very pleasant to stay at a hotel where there wasn’t this push to squeeze out more money just for parking there . Yay!!!!!!! Amen on that right?? Very likely I will be be back for the next graduation airborne school in about a month!

We were not acknowledged initially at the desk. The young lady was on the phone with a customer, but didn’t even bother to look up at us while she was talking. After that check-in was very easy. My travel companion and I each booked a room. Mine was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Plastic bags for the trash cans were draped over the side, not put into the bins. The bathroom is old and needs updating. A previous guest, I assume, had set the alarm clock for 1:45 AM. Needless to say, I was not thrilled to be awakened at that hour. In the morning, I was walking down the hall to get complementary water when I tripped and fell to the floor. I was immediately helped by the person at the desk, which I very much appreciate.

Ana Marie and the staff were amazing! Ana Marie was the best front desk professional I’ve had in the year I’ve been coming to Columbus. Nice room, nice amenities and great breakfast!

Room was very clean and the room was very cold which was great since temp in Georgia was in the 90s. Staff was great help. Good customer service with that southern hospitality.

The hotel did not appear to be clean at all. The carpet was unraveling in the elevator and in parts of the hotel room.

The property has changed alot since new management

Everything exelent

Hotel staff was very friendly and chek in was seamless. Interior of hotel needs some updating. The hallways and rooms are very musty and “wet” feeling. Areas of carpeting need replacement. The stairwell had an unpleasant order.

It was a nice clean hotel in the staff were nice and very helpful. I will be travelling back to that area quite often now and I think I probably always book with them. Expedia made the whole process very easy.

Breakfast was ok - unfortunately, when we were there - the 2 staff person running the desk also had to keep the breakfast room supplied. Some items including coffee was run out of and she had to refill while we and others had to wait. Need more help for these desk workers or a separate employee to keep breakfast room supplied.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
