The AC, could not turn on continuous fan. So way it was, when room got to desired temp, fam would shut off, then for 5-8 min, the room would get stuffy. Need to keep fan on continuous run and AC comes on as needed

The location was good. Close to good food for dinner. Limited parking since i was pulling a trailer, but good. Bed was good. The floor was dirty. There was no remote control. There was no soap in the soap bottle at the sink in the bathroom. There were no bars of soap. I like to use bar in the shower. There was no coffee pot.

The staff was very professional and great customer service. The property overall was a 10, very nice no smell well kept the rooms were clean the bathroom was clean everything was well together and the breakfast was good also I will stay again

No complaints at any level. The showers were especially clean and efficient. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and well prepared.

Staff was awesome and friendly but we couldn’t get a quiet nights sleep. I believe there was an army graduation ceremony the weekend we stayed and it seemed like there were very booked and every night people in and out until 12am, every time their room door closes it slams and you can hear it and feel it throughout the whole first floor it was enough to wake you up. It was very annoying. The guests had no courtesy. I don’t think the staff could do anything about it, not their fault. Also there wasn’t any complimentary water (like a jug in the lobby or something) especially with the heat. The room was fine there was a small syrup stain that they didn’t clean up on the floor. I suggest before you book make sure there isn’t any Army graduations the dates you book or most of the hotels in that area will be booked. I do like this chain but just had a bad experience on this one

Rooms were disgusting

everything was fine. The clerk was very apologetic but the Manager seemed indifferent. We were not compensated in any way other than a room move.
