Didn’t like the fact that the laundry room machines was full of dog hair

I like that the office staff was very friendly and it was completely pleasant experience from booking online to coming in and get in the room keys the assistant manager is awesome the new owners that remodeled the place and is running the place now is doing an excellent excellent job it is one of my best experiences I like the granite countertops that sparkle now and the kitchen area the place is just really good I like it a lot great job guys I give you a 10 out of 10 all the washer and dryers were working all of the drink instant machines were working never had a problem with the key card no issues with neighbors or any other people at the apartment complex I always felt safe everything worked in the hotel water pressure was good the water got hot it was comfortable peaceful no issues whatsoever I liked everything

You can't pay for nightly only weekly or monthly payment

Staff had great energy room was very clean

It is quiet at night. Tucked into a cul-de-sac. Additionally and most important, the staff is very respectful, kind and treats you as a guest in their home. N/A

I didn’t get a chance to stay here. I requested a refund because they told me that they were overbooked and I still have not received it

The room was very nice with new furnishings. It was also very clean. The price was perfect. It was close to restaurants.

I arrived at 6:50 pm tomorrow check in and I was told they could not check me in because they were closed. They have posted they close at 7 pm!!!!

I loved the location! Had everything around us even to my surprise my bank. 10 Minutes from our visit location and eating spots. Got my nails done at a local nail salon. No deposit helped a lot! Only thing is closed on Sundays so check out Monday! The beds weren't too comfy. The pillows were really flat and the bed had a plastic covering on the bottom that made us hot when sleeping. Everything else was fine. Fridge and freezer worked great. Didn't use the stove top.
