Quality Inn Columbus near Fort Benning

. I called down to the front. They sent someone up right away. An elderly lady which honestly I wish I would have got her name. She was so polite and understanding. Otherwise everything was good. I did expect more out of the pool area. It was not what I imagined at all. I was really hoping for a better experience.

Staff was rude. Breakfast was sad, and the room was dirty. Sketchy area. I’d like to say it’s what you get for being cheap but they really aren’t the cheapest. I came here with my family young children for A BCT graduation. I would not recommend if you have kids. And Be cautious may try to scam you.

This is the second time we stayed here. I will never go back! The first time was okay the second time was terrible. The staff were unfriendly and prejudice. Never again

Hotel was dirty

friendly staff, convenient location for easy highway access to Ft Benning, quiet, very fluffy duvets, strong air conditioner a little run-down at the edges, hot water only available at breakfast hours

The furniture was old and worn out

The rooms were spacious and very clean Advertised hot breakfast BUT the only thing hot was the waffle maker

It was close to fort bliss and affordable The staff . This was my 3rd time staying there and the previous time were excellent but this last time I was disappointed. We went to breakfast and there was trash everywhere. The actual trash can was overfilled and the front desk lady was just sitting there. I barely got any food because nobody refilled anything. The second day the man was rude. I had JUST arrived to make a waffle and used a cup for the batter. WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY WAFFLE, he kept yelling and asking whose cup of batter it was and I was confused and I told him it was mine, and then he pointed to the trash can and said “OKAY THE TRASH IS OVER THERE WHEN YOURE DONE.” There was more that happened and pissed me off bc I was overwhelmed with 4 kids as well.

very old hotel, condition of building really showing its age, run down and need of a extreme make over. The staff was nearly non excitant, too busy with personnel phones to observe clients coming in

Everything, the hotel was very dirty, unkept from the entry to the room, and everywhere. I was not able to complete my stay at this hotel because of its dirtiness. I only stayed one night instead of three nights. I will never book a Quality Inn

Nothing It was rundown wasn’t on the best side of town which I can handle, but wasn’t maintained. Had a just disgusting feel to it even in the room and front desk was incredibly rude when I checked out and they have not cooperated with Booking.com to get me my refund because I did not stay the next two days.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building is old and not well maintained. The pillows are not good. They advertise a restaurant. It is not in the building, it is about a fifty yards from the facility.
