Stayed here to viist my grandbabies. It was a nice palce to stay.

My husband and I both had motorcycles and we couldn’t find parking so we had to park on their lobby entrance. When we came downstairs on Saturday morning and saw painters panting the exterior of the hotel we freaked out. The motorcycles had paint stains but the worst part was that the hotel employees that checked us in knew where we were parking and didn’t warn us or tell us anything about the painters coming out to paint the next morning. Our motorcycles have paint stains and while my husband spoke to one of the painters and lend him a water hose, not all stains came off and we have to get that fixed. Communication is key and now we’re in a a situation where our Motorcyles need to be repainted in some areas which is cost effective. Other than that everything else was perfect truly. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Updated. Everything was perfect. The WiFi is great. Thank you.

Everything minus the humidity in the hallway as well as, the elevator, and breakfast area. How humid it was inside the hotel.

Staff was friendly and always greeting you with a smile, making sure you have everything you need and breakfast selection was great! Hallways and elevators are extremely hot and uncomfortable anytime your come to and from your room, some mold in the shower in our room and some hair left behind bathroom door and toilet.

Disappointed in this Hampton as compared to others where we’ve stayed. The staff is efficient, friendly and helpful but the condition of the property is not up to standard. The a/c does not work properly throughout the hotel. The hallways and elevator was extremely hot and the room never cooled properly even after adjusting the temperature. The bathroom was extremely warm as it had no exhaust fan or vent. The room was clean and the staff was helpful but the stay was uncomfortable due to poorly operating a/c.

It needs air and the pool out of service. I wish the hotel would let people if there pool is in service or not it very important

The hotel and room were so hot we decided to leave earlier.

Very nice hotel, good location

The showers were actually hot! We were offered water at check in as well. I will say if coffee is offered at all hours they need to be checked for temperature regularly so when I went it was room temp at best. Loud neighbors but that can't be helped

My husband and was well welcome by the staff/ particularly Ms. Martha. The rooms were clean and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We liked everything.
