Everything was great. Only issue was elevator was down for a short period of time and we had to use the stairs to the top floor.

The hotel was very clean and well taken care of for what I could tell. The man that makes the breakfast is awesome and he does a great job! All the staff are super friendly and willing to help. It is in a safe area there are lots of restaurants stores movie theater all within 10 minutes of the hotel . Some restaurants and things you can walk to. It is a great place to stay! If I ever travel to this area again I will stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it!

The property was great. The room was clean and comfy. Location was prime. The only issue was there was only one elevator working which made longer wait times due to it having to stop on every floor.

Chose this hotel as we had five people and two queens plus sleeper fit the bill. Bacon at the breakfast was excellent. Our only complaint was breakfast on weekends served until 10…we arrived at 8:45 and many things were already gone.

Drove 16 hrs to be told the room I booked and paid for a month in advance was no longer available.

The room was not clean to our expectations. The lobby was dirty. Only one elevator was working. I would not stay there again

There was a Dr. PEPPER bottle that had been opened under the bed. The toliet was wobbly

Well located in an area of Columbus which has places to eat and shop readily available. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Room clean but linen seem stale. It smelled molded. Bed not comfortable. Could not watch but one station on TV. Breakfast not that great. Instant everything but bacon. Paid too much for an express hotel but thought the name should have been worth the value.
