My hotel stay was was. I enjoyed the breakfast

The location was good The pool was poorly kept and was only open 1 of the days I was there. The unit wasn’t cleaned properly and had food on the floor and above the microwave, the light fixture over the table was broken and had a sharp point to it. The shower didn’t have enough pressure. It also took them like 30 mins to find my reservation because someone put it under the wrong name.

Location and cleanliness

We traveled down to Columbus to attend our sons, turning green ceremony. We picked the residence in because of our experience with other locations and the fact that we wanted to make him some home-cooked meals, including cookies while he was staying with us during his allotted time off base. We realize you must get inundated with families and we realize only a portion of them bother to leave a review of your hotel. We want to state as clearly as possible, how well the staff treated us during our stay. We especially want to single out Jennifer, who works at the front desk, who went out of her way to make sure that we had the room we needed, the room had the stove and other equipment we needed to cook, and we even had enough furniture in our room for our son and his girlfriend to stay with us. We feel that Jennifer gave us a level of service that we would not have expected at a five star hotel that cost many times more. I wish I could express better how appreciative we are of her and the rest of the staff and how clean the hotel was and how nice the location was. We will be staying there at least one or two more times to attend other functions with our son at Fort Benning. Thank you so much. I didn’t like the fact that we had to leave.

The only complaint was that the floor in the rooms needed to be cleaned. A bug was spotted under the bed during my stay. Other than that, my experience was decent.

2nd timing staying but this time was not the best. Found live roach in our room. Hotel at capacity so couldn’t charge rooms. They sprayed room. Could not find another hotel in short notice. Staff seemed to careless. Never even changed back to see if we were satisfied. Bed smaller than expect for a queen very uncomfortable. Still waiting on potential refund or monetary accommodation.

Design of hotel and size of rooms were great Coulda been a bit cleaner, but overall comfortable.

The mattress really was not that soft. My back hurts from it. A upgrade is needed. It overall I loved it

Parking lot was tight. Facility was great otherwise.

Was just there for four nights. This was the second and most likely last time staying here. When we got to our room there were no bath towels and the trash had not been emptied from previous guests. Took my trash to front desk and also asked for towels. Only two clean towels could be found but we were promised more. Never got them until I went back to the front desk. During our stay no one from housekeeping came to our room. Had to empty our trash. Was not happy.

Stayed 2 nights. Front desk service was amazing. Room as advertised. Everything was updated and clean. Love having the ability to crack a window in the room. Will stay again when in town.

The staff is wonderful
