Nice a quite area, close to everything. Very cleaned, good breakfast

It was just a layover for another trip and I found the room very nice and clean

Room was clean. Didn't know we needed to ask for room cleaning while we stayed. However, anything we needed was supplied when asked. Staff was very friendly at all times. Breakfast was ordinary but would have been nice to have bacon. Parking was just fine and ample for the guests.

The only thing I don’t like are the pillows - pillows are small

Victoria was amazing! A one woman show! She was the inly staff member I encountered the whole time and she was doing it all! Give that woman a raise! Very composed and handling everything and everyone in a pleasant and professional manner. Cant give her high enough praise!

We ended our stay early. We booked another hotel in the area. The sheets were spotted, remote control and iron were missing parts. The shower door was hanging by a thread. The air coming out of the air conditioner smelled! Honestly, it was not what we expected.

I liked the price. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The location was in walking distance to family. First off, in the room the remote was broke. When we returned from visiting the key cards didn’t work. Also, the bathroom door had to be picked up to shut it.

The property was clean and the room was so nice and especially for the price! The pool was fun and the sitting areas were so nice. It was quiet. I would most certainly recommend it and also stay again.

Store was out of bottle water.

I liked the air conditioner working properly, staff were helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, during this time they did not pick up the garbage or clean the room. Guest has to put the garbage outside the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noise. It needs to be replaced asap. The electric power outlet in the bathroom was completely loose. We could not plug any appliance. Breakfast was very poor. Parking excellent, plenty of parking. Location is convenient to stores, restaurants and Columbus downtown.

It was in a convenient area and close to just sit anywhere. The front desk staff was very professional. Pool was a plus especially for the little ones. The breakfast choices were good as well just limited. Very clean and nice Hotel overall.

Rochest was in my room, the lady at the front desk. Absolutely terrible property manager. Absolutely terrible breakfast. Terrible food paper behind the dresser. In the bedroom, this was a horrible experience.

Everything! It was cool when you walked in and very clean. The entire property was exceptional. Very clean and super friendly staff and very welcoming. The rooms were very clean and super comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were particularly impressed with the fresh-ground coffee machine in the lobby! Unfortunately, we were not able to sample the breakfast.

There were also several issues with the condition and upkeep of my room. My room ran out of toilet tissue on two separate occasions, which should not happen during a guest’s stay. I was also informed that room service had to be specifically requested rather than routinely provided, and despite staying multiple days, clean sheets were never provided throughout my stay. I chose your property expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately the level of service and accommodations fell far below what was expected. Due to the multiple service failures during my stay, I would appreciate your review of this matter and consideration of an appropriate resolution or compensation.
