During the last stay, which was approximately a month ago, the elevator was out. When I went back a few days ago, the elevator was still out and I was assigned a 3rd floor room. This is unacceptable.
-
We arrived at 12:30 a.m., so very late after our drive from Lancaster, PA to find out that neither elevator was working. They placed us on the second floor at opposite ends of the building.

It was the worst stay the the elevators were broke and the staff kept line saying they were going to get fixed and the people were there to fix them which they weren't whenever fixed not even try and been out for like months and we were stuck on the 4th floor they didn't ask us to move down or anything it was terrible it was the worst day ever and then the only thing that's about was the free laundry

Terrible. Elevators didnt work. The first room they gave me had not been cleaned at all. The next room the refrigerator didnt work. Under the sheets was dirty. Fingerprints were visible throughout place. No soap or shampoo in bathroom.

Elevator did not work, but the room was most impressive and clean besides a dirty sock behind the curtains

Room was very clean

When arrived already had the room paid for through this app. Was told needed to put down a 100.00 deposit for the room and it would be returned if no damages after checking out. Ended up thwy charged me for it telling.me the app did not include the room rental and that was what the 100.00 was for.

Booked a queen suite. Got put on the top floor with no working elevators and zero notice, and due to it being in a bad neighborhood and reviews reporting vehicle break-ins, we had to take all our belongings inside and needed to carry it all up 4 flights of stairs with our baby. Got to our room and the air wasn’t working in the bedroom, and the thermostat read nearly 80 degrees but the air unit wouldn’t kick on. There were no other suites available, so we had to move to a non-suite room and didn’t get a price deduction. In the new room, there were stains on the sheets, and the comforter was torn. All of the towels had someone else’s hair in them, there was pee on the toilet seat, and there were some dark, spotty stains in the tub and on the wall that looked like it might have been blood.

Perfect experience beginning to end. From the price, staff and amenities to the location and surrounding community my experience here was exceptional. I came for a NIN concert and left with a far better experience than I ever could have imagined.

Very close to King of Clubs venue where we went for a show.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon check-in, the staff was hard to locate as they were socializing outside. The parking lot was full of broken glass since cars were broken into days before. There was blood splatter all over the floor around the elevator. The elevator broke the day after we checked in, forcing everyone, including those who were disabled to use the steps. The room smelled of mildew and carpets were not clean to where we did not want to be barefoot at all in our room. The entire hotel had a fence around it. I’m assuming because of the sketchy area, but that did not help anything because the gate never was closed.

The only thing that the room was ok Eleveror was not working, dirty stairs and hallways and the boy in resepcion bad customer service in the morning we needed a cup of coffee and There were no cups, I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone

I booked a handicap room with a roll in shower specifically because my husband is in a wheelchair and cannot use a bathtub as he can't stand at all. The room that I clicked on during my booking showed the room having a roll in shower. When I got to the hotel the4y informed me that they don't have any roll in showers at that hotel. The wheelchair van that we paid to take him to the hotel had already left and we had no choice but to stay there. I had to go and get a shower chair so that he could get a shower as he was having surgery the next day. I will not be using Hotels.com in the future if I can't be gaurenteed to get the room that I ordered.

Very clean and updated. Elevator broken, location was not great. Receptionist stated immediately on arrival that they had been experiencing car break ins. It was an event weekend and we had really no other option to go. Vehicle ended up not being broken into, however the constant worry was there.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

Poor girl was by herself. So, nobody at the counter for 10 min. when I arrived. Only 1 elevator worked, at the time. Room was was ok, only decaf coffee in the kitchen. Next to zero water pressure in the shower, pathetic. When I got back from dinner, the elevator quit working, so walked up 4 flights with luggage. Sketchiest of areas. Just pay the extra $30-$50, and stay in Polaris area, next exit up I75.

The staff were all very nice!
-
There was no TV remote, no forks, no cups in the bathroom, no lighting over the kitchen countertop, no pen or paper and the only tissue box was almost empty. One elevator seemed to be out of order. The coffee and snack bar in the lobby had all junk food and was overpriced. The reclining chair in the box was horribly uncomfortable. Staff was okay but not too friendly. They could speak up a little to their guests and smile more. It's definitely only a three-star hotel but it will do for a short stay.
