It smelled like weed
-
It was just ok. YoY almost get what you pay for.

The layout of the rooms are nice The location if you walk outside, you will get bombarded by panhandler or interesting characters
-
Nothing i felt like it was falsely advertised. Location was so ghetto and the the employees didn’t not belong in there. I requested my room to be changed employee refused and said everything is sold out while I watch him booked a couple that walked in with no reservation. This place is a mess I will not recommend.

negatives: sketchy neighborhood with some homeless living in campers/rvs on streets and people on streets late at night, back door of hotel sometimes propped open late at night, a rather loud telecommunications room on first floor (continuous beeping-like noises), hallway carpet dirty/worn (especially by room entrances), entrances sometimes smoky due to staff and guests smoking outside near them, shower and dishes were not completely clean, no tp holder, our kitchenette faucet was loose, broken luggage rack in room, broken equipment in exercise room, coffee maker in lobby was not filled again when out (but I didn't ask for more to be made and certainly you could make more in your room). Hate to write a mostly negative review, but wanted to give others a heads up.

Staff was rude, very ghetto, unsafe environment, they sat outside smoking pot, lady at the desk acted like we was interrupting her while she was on the phone. Very unprofessional. Will never come back Staff rude , sat outside our room talking with phone on speaker phone very loud. Door lock was busted, stains on bedding, entrance smelled like weed, all the doors slammed , very ghetton

The locationof the hotel is not in a safe area. We heard people talking at all hours or the night. In the morning I went to the lobby and they had allowed two homeless people to sleep in the lobby on sofas

Not much. Pictures online looked clean but it really wasn’t. Staff seemed stoned. Not very helpful. Key cards didn’t work. Had to go to front desk multiple times. Floors in room needed to be mopped. Did not feel safe in the facility. Worried car would get broken into.

I thought the kitchen was the best part but the counter top stove top did not work It was dirty. The dead bolt did not lock. It was in a terrible neighborhood. The staff was rude.

It was a nice room, thank you
-
It was very loud, and the over all building was dirty, my room was really sticky, the sink had dirty forks inside of it. The plants in the entrance to the hotel needed watering, the plants made the space seem more special. Totally understand the difficulty of maintaining a property but simple things like smell and clean sheets really matter.

Didn’t stay there. Once I saw someone selling drugs by the front door and being overrun with people, I notified Booking.com to cancel. Drugs sales and people making me feel uncomfortable. Also people were having a fire pit in the grass and lawn chairs everywhere.

Overbooked and no rooms
-
The room space was decent. It was in a bad neighborhood. The room was dirty. One of the front desk people was very sarcastic and snotty when I asked a valid simple question. I also let the staff know that my deadbolt on the door did not lock, dresser drawers were broken (unusable), and worst of all the stove top did not work at all. I booked this place specifically for the kitchen. The staff did not concern themselves at all with the issues and looked at me like “why are you telling me this”. There was only one staff member that I encountered once that was friendly, professional and seemed concerned with my report. But I only saw her once.

Everything was nice no problems and the staff was very helpful.

Rooms was very clean hallways and elevator was not clean at all desk clerks was always disappearing most mornings there was no desk clerk. Housekeeping was feeling in for them

Room was clean and AC worked well. Hotel charged my credit card an extra $75 for no reason even though I had paid through Expedia. Not impressed that no explanation was given.
