had a hard time checking in I wanted to use a different credit card. The front desk person was not able to help how to get manager very very old building. A lot of old paint bed for was not comfortable and bottom piece was sticking out of bed

Staff was courteous and professional.

House keeping kept came tot he room twice tried to get in our room even after they seen it locked with the dead bolt and the day of our leave they tried getting in 2 hours before check out time even though we had it locked and do not disturb sign up. Tried getting food last night at the lounge since the diner was closed and they didn’t have what we ordered so had to end up driving back out once again to get food the bar tender was too chatty not going around to people that was coming in stood there for a good 10 minutes before he even acknowledged us We waiting our or bill to pay for the drinks we got since we couldn’t get the food we wanted and took till my husband had to get his attention to be able to pay. Worse stay ever in a hotel of either of our experience I won’t be back

Good area, good stay was there 2 nights. Ample parking, comfy bed

Price is excellent relative to others and offsets the above. Comfortable stay

In good repare for an older hotel

The hotel was conveniently located with a nice big parking lot. The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and well kept. I had a nice room on the courtyard by the pool. It was lovely!

If you are going to charge guests for breakfast buffet that's fine but have some kind of square or way of charging the guests in the restaurant. He went to the front desk to verify our rooms after we already game him our room keys. Then told us we didn't get complimentary breakfast which we were ok with and willing to pay the $15 for the buffet but then he said I have to go to the front desk to ask them how I would charge you for the breakfast. Its not rocket science, you give them our room numbers and charge it to the room. He wrote both of our room numbers down and still didn't know what to do. We left and said forget it and ate somewhere else.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in. First issue was the attitude given to me by the girl at the front desk when I called to confirm a special accomodation I was told I would be given by someone else at the front desk. She told me I wouldn't be given that accomidation, wouldn't listen to my explanation and instead handed the phone to someone else. That person listened and was actually able to confirm my accomidation. Upon check-in I was met by the same girl who still hadn't lost her attitude from the day before. The elevators were not working so we had to use a service elevator which was tucked back in the laundry room and 100°. The room had a king bed and a pullout sofa which wreaked of mildew and had no bedding for the sleeper sofa. The hallways on the floor we stayed on smelled of mildew and weed. Bathrooms were so disgusting... Shower wouldn't drain, toilets had to be flushed 2-3 times to completely flush. Ice machines were dirty and didn't even work on each floor. The outdoor pool looked like a swamp and was closed to guests in the hottest days of summer. The best part of the hotel is the lobby which makes you THINK you might have a good stay and the cleaning lady who was so sweet I wanted to tell her to look for work at another hotel. I stayed at this hotel with a number of other families due to a sporting event and every single family had the same issues with the front desk, the bathrooms, the rooms, etc. The health dept seriously needs to do an audit

The positives first: the bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was very clean. The shower was outstanding—the water pressure was incredible and honestly one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used. Breakfast was decent, and I especially enjoyed the oatmeal. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our stay. The biggest concern was the plumbing. The toilets barely flushed, and it seemed like staff were constantly working on the building’s plumbing system throughout our stay. We also had to struggle to get the toilet to flush almost every time. When we first arrived, the room keys we were given didn’t work. Thankfully, an employee quickly came upstairs and brought us new key cards, which we appreciated. The room was also missing enough towels and washcloths for our party. The hotel could use some updating. The carpet in the main areas looked old and dirty, and there was a large tear in the curtain in our room. One thing that made us uncomfortable was the number of people hanging around outside the hotel. There seemed to be a lot of loitering, and it didn’t create the most welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the comfortable bed, clean room, and excellent shower were definite highlights, but the ongoing plumbing problems and the condition of some of the hotel made it difficult to overlook the negatives.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the lobby area. The hallways smell like mildew and wet carpet throughout. My room had a terrible stinch that I had a headache. Found out it was wet carpet. No apology, changed room and the key didn’t work to new room went back and found out wrong room number assigned to key. Construction workers outside at 2am having a party in the back parking lot with loud music alcohol and food. The deposit is 100.00 and not 60.00!

The only thing about our stay that I can say was nice was the staff, they were all VERY kind. Everything else was an absolute nightmare! My 14yr old son & myself were at the Pond on location and a man exposed himself to us, urinating while looking right at us. I filed a report with the manager. There was garbage, cigarette butts and beer bottles/cans everywhere. The outdoor pool was green and had garbage floating in it. Our shower in our room leaked so bad that if the curtain wasn't shut, the floor was covered with water. The drain in the bathroom sink was broken. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa, when I requested some, we had to wait almost an hour for a wet fitted sheet, blanket & no pillows. We wanted to try the restaurant on sight, we went for dinner and waited 20min for someone to greet us before we gave up and left. The elevators worked only a quarter of the time. The AC didn't seem to work throughout the building. While we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the hotel, we were more upset with the fact that we were not safe on the premises! We did some research and found that this location allowed homeless/migrants to stay, hence why my minor son & I had a drunk man expose himself to us. This is not only unacceptable but dangerous! We did not feel safe at your hotel!

Security is not good Both elevators are not working for two days Bed linen storage is opened and it seems not clean No printer

My 10 year old son and I on the day of check in were stuck in the elevator for almost 30 minutes....the tiolet see was broken...missing screws to secure the tiolet seat. Some areas in the room was dusty and looked like it was never cleaned.

Very outdated hotel. I was also charged twice for the room and it has been nothing but a hassle trying to get my money back. Including dealing with rude staff members. The entire hotel had a musty smell and we located a bug trap under the bed. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at that hotel

No real issues to speak of.

Very dirty place We tried to leave, but they will not refund your money even when you find bugs in your room when the sink is not working when the shower is not training just awful experience it ruined our stay

Not a good experience. Same day as checking in and being provided a room, I needed to request for a new room. Sink didn’t drain, the tissue holder was dirty, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the carpet was not vacuumed. The place is not renovated and is out dated. The new room wasn’t any better. The second day that was booked we ended up cancelling and not coming back. Don’t book, find something else to enjoy.

Room was decent, bathtub wouldn’t drain when I let the staff know they said they would fix it or switch rooms never happened. I let the front desk know when I was leaving and they said that is how their building is it’s a hit and miss with what room you are in. Manager said he would get back to me about possible refund or partial and never heard back from Christopher.
