Very dirty place We tried to leave, but they will not refund your money even when you find bugs in your room when the sink is not working when the shower is not training just awful experience it ruined our stay

Not a good experience. Same day as checking in and being provided a room, I needed to request for a new room. Sink didn’t drain, the tissue holder was dirty, the ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the carpet was not vacuumed. The place is not renovated and is out dated. The new room wasn’t any better. The second day that was booked we ended up cancelling and not coming back. Don’t book, find something else to enjoy.

Room was decent, bathtub wouldn’t drain when I let the staff know they said they would fix it or switch rooms never happened. I let the front desk know when I was leaving and they said that is how their building is it’s a hit and miss with what room you are in. Manager said he would get back to me about possible refund or partial and never heard back from Christopher.

Nothing Sink and tub were clogged. Front desk nor management helped our situation or changed our room. We couldnt wash hands or brush teeth during our stay.

It was a place to sleep. Grounds and halls were dirty and stank. Broken glass was on entrance sidewalk and was not cleaned although we stayed 5 days. Trashcan overflowing outside. Breakfast was not worth the price subpar cold food and sticky floors. We were initially given a room and key to find it was already occupied. When we were upgraded to a suite we got there to find the ceiling caving in from a water leak. The door connected to the other room was scotch taped on the cracks and the entire room reeked of Marijuana.

When I checked in they gave me 1 king bed instead of 2 queens and told me it was expedias fault because they're liars. First room had plywood on the door where it had been kicked in, no sheets just a duvet, no phone, got put in another room phone and tv didn't work, no lines on pull out bed, had to go get them myself. When I went to the front desk the gentleman working was asleep at the computer. Checked out a day early and went to another hotel and still haven't received my refund or deposit back. Horrible customer service, dirty hotel, smelled like cigarettes and the floors in the hallway on the 3rd floor were soaking wet. Only one elevator worked, trash was set outside of almost every door on the 3rd floor, just overall not good. For what they charge it's ridiculous

This property was old and not up to par. Hallways are filthy while tubs and sinks don’t properly drain. Loud music talking were in the hallways all night long I do not recommend.

Absolutely nothing It was not clean, the elevator didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work, the hallways smelled terrible, there was only one roll od toilet paper for 4 people, the pool was not see through and green and inoperable, the Kleenex box had 3 sheets of Kleenex, the ac unit in room was on lowest setting of 60 and our room was so hot!

Cleaning and front desk services Return of my deposit. It's take too long. Uphill now I didn't receive my first stay at the hotel and second stay and third stay deposits. For may31,2026 .the hotel own me $122 plus $60. First stay $60, third stay $60

The pool The ceiling was cracked real bad and it was ants in my room

The morning front desk staff was somewhat warm and welcoming. The evening front desk staff were dismissive and cold. Broken ice machines, unfilled toiletries in my bathroom. Broken general back door on 1st floor wouldn't lock. Courtyard door not locked after dusk, inconsiderate noisy customers in there after hours.

Never had the breakfast. Too Pricey. We like a simple breakfast. While the room itself was very nice, we were put in a VERY noisy endof-the-hall room with traffic streaming By. I am very hard of hearing, so I didn't notice this. My husband was very tired from his trip driving to Columbus, and wanted to go to sleep right away, and was too tired to make a fuss about the considerable traffic noise. To top it all off, in my reservation, I had asked for only one thing: a QUIET room. We learned to never accept an end of the hall room near traffic ever again. He barely slept the night before our long trip.

Front desk personnel, and the manager were kind and accommodating I booked this hotel because it served breakfast and had a restaurant neither was available

Hotel photos have a hot tub shown and it has since been removed and paved over. Ceiling in elevator is damaged. Tub/shower did not drain. Water was cold. No vent in bathroom for moisture and the ceiling over the shower has giant bubbling wet spot. Unsafe

The entire floor spelled of pot. The ac unit fell off the wall and I had to prop a chair against it to hold it up. You could visualize the outside from the inside of the ac unit. The sink was stopped up and no maintenance was on the premise to fix it. They asked if we wanted a refund, which we did then the manager would not authorize Expedia to issue the refund. The manager laughed at us then hide in the back room. The hotel had one working elevator which were missing the top panels exposing wires. The hotel blankets were ripped and the rooms smelled gross. It was just overall dirty and the elements staying there were less than desirable to be around. I swear we saw two hookers enter. The back grass was filled with cars and a volley ball net was set up. I assume there was going to be a party. The music was extremely loud coming from one room. Do not stay at this facility.
