clean room

The room was pretty bare bones. Not a big deal, until we found a cockroach in the drawer of the bedside table. Upon further investigation we found unidentifiable stains and hairs in and on the bedding.

A lot of bugs in both rooms I rented.

One of the Hotel staff members use the key card in broken to my room that was not occupied when I left and they robbed us for $1500 worth of stuff

Rooms are awful, furniture wore out, disgusting, smells like dog and cat piss, everywhere you look is nasty. Every psrt of this was absolutely terrible. This is not an exaggeration. Will never go back. Place needs to be shut down and remodeled

I did not like that the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a month , cockroachs were crawling all over the place , the night staff was rude and condescending, if it were up to me the person who was on shift would be fired , this place is a joke

Things seemed overall cleanish, but when sat down to eat at little table in room and a cockroach roamed its way across the table. Not the most appetizing dinner guest. The surfaces and floors had many permanent stains a glue stuck to surfaces. Which I can get over. Stains dont neccesarily mean dirty. The shower had a lot of mold build up all around the top edge of the shower edge. Which was eye level. Beds and everything are kind of what to expect for the cost. Because of mold and roaches I would not stay again.

From the moment I checked in, I needed Clorox wipes for every surface. Wood/laminate peeling everywhere. Nail polish on the floor, along with cockroaches, both dead and alive. Stove didn't work. Chairs and table were stained with the table top having peeling laminate. Toilet ran non-stop. Refrigerator ran non-stop. Gross place. Nice front staff, complements to them, and hot showers.

The photos advertised online do not reflect the reality of the property at all. We felt unsafe from the moment we arrived and decided to leave within 30 minutes of check-in. When I requested a refund, the front desk employee failed to acknowledge or address my legitimate concerns and simply offered another room. Moving to a different room would not have resolved the issues with the property's overall condition and safety. I am requesting a full refund due to the inaccurate listing and unsafe environment.

The staff are very helpful and made my wife and I feel like we were at home. It is very clean and well maintained. I recommend HomeTowne Studios Columbus for your extended stay needs.

I booked this hotel through Expedia for a family stay, but the room and overall property were not as described. The main issues were poor cleanliness and a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we entered. These conditions made the room unsuitable for my family.Because of this, I canceled my stay immediately at check‑in. The staff informed me I would only be refunded for one night.Travelers should be aware that the cleanliness and odor issues are significant and do not match the listing photos or description. Families or anyone expecting a clean, comfortable stay may want to consider other options.I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

DOESN'T ALLOW PETS, DOES NOT HAVE WASTE BASKETS IN ROOM NOR DID IT HAVE TOILET PAPER. I LEFT LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AFTER CHECKING IN The HOTEL!!!!!

How clean the room was.

Bathroom door wouldn’t close right, the room had no microwave, and the ac wouldn’t work correctly.

Better place for those who LIVE In hotels as a residence. Not good for a traveler.

This property definitely has roaches

My food went bad over night. The refrigerator went out. And no reimbursement. My tv kept going out. The room phone didn’t work. And every time we would go to the front desk no one could help or there wasn’t any kind of compensation. It was just one thing after the other. And I paid a nice penny to stay for 2 weeks.
