Great area, close to everything. I can't say I didn't like anything

It was very clean, the hotel was very well kept and quiet. We booked last minute and were not expecting the room to have a kitchenette and separate bedroom. The huge tub was a great bonus for our toddler. The only downside is there is a LITTLE bit of street noise so if you are sensitive to that you may want to bring a sound machine but nothing unmanageable by any means.

Close to family Needed to be refreshed. Very dim lighting

Charged a pet fee when advertisement said no pet fee. Other guests said the same thing happened to them and they were in a group plan for a pet convention

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The kitchen had very limited cookery and utensils. The wifi did not work for the smart TV. The front desk said they would try to come up with a solution and call me back. I never received a call back. I ended up using a hotspot from my phone. The hotel is dog friendly with grass to walk your dog and poop pickup bags provided. Location is convenient for highway access with lots of stores and restaurants near enough to walk. Although it is in a high traffic area.

Location was ideal for our scheduled appointments. Staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable. The carpet in the room could really use a good cleaning and housekeeping missed quite a bit of dust.

Had no issues with anything during the two nights. Kitchen was clean and fully stocked. The free coffee machine in lobby was nice.
