Great and very convenient to the airport

Stayed here last 2 years always been picked up from rental car area this year told they don't pick up anymore. This was a long haul with luggage and unexpected. This was my only issue. Rest of stay was great.

This is the best hotel near CMH. Very clean and quiet. Staff very friendly too especially the shuttle drivers . Will stay here again

The hotel was very close to the airport. We took the shuttle to the airport early morning, which was very convenient.

Super convenient for an early flight. Just come down to the lobby 15 minutes before you need the free airport shuttle and the front desk will call it for you. Super friendly and helpful staff. They even let us know what was available at other properties within walking distance that they didn’t have on site.

The room was very clean. Comfy bed. Parking was convenient. The hotel allows you to leave your car in their parking lot while you travel. Staff was extremely nice and helpful!

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is always clean and the shuttle pick up in the early morning was perfect for an early morning flight. I will definitely stay here again. I wish they had a restaurant and that they offered the breakfast earlier in the morning. I have never been able to eat there because my flights are to early.

What a great stay overnight. I wish we needed to be close to the airport for longer. The staff were amazing!! All of them we encountered. Super helpful. Clean, quiet rooms, comfortable bed, really good breakfast. I was worried it would be noisy with the runway so close but I didn’t hear a thing. Above all, the staff would bring me back.

Overall good hotel. Shuttle staff were great, as well as front desk staff. The room was nice and clean with my only complaint being the air conditioner was really loud and rattled all night. The pillows could have been better - they were not supportive and flattened almost immediately.

Staff was very nice. It was very convenient having 24hr shuttle service. I did not have time to use the pool or gym. I cannot comment on breakfast since I had to be at the airport at 5am. Room was updated but it showing signs of wear and tear. Some mold showing up in shower, wallpaper starting to peel. I had a dirty wall, housekeeping must have missed. Over all a good place to stay. Cleaner than some places I've been in Thank you to the staff.
