The room was modern-looking and clean. There were ample choices for breakfast. The fact that the airport is located within the airport itself, with a very convenient shuttle service, made it an especially convenient option.

Breakfast was average but it worked. The area was very clean and employees were stellar! My stay was wonderful due to them! I liked how the people helped with the breakfast needs without being upset about needs or questions. The actual building wasn’t all that. It needs updating. It seemed very old and run down somewhat.

Nothing!!! Hotel was not what rated on line! Our World Series Softball team and families all complained. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms rusty, peeling, dirty. Carpets bedding dirty! Bad odor. Complained as a group to hotel management. They agreed to refund our payment!! Plus refund a $30 charge when we came to check in for incidental before they would give us the room keys!! Never had that at any of my stays. Tried to notify booking but did not receive response. Tried to reach a live agent and just get AI. As of 6 days now ..no refund as promised!!!!

Breakfast is good.Parking too and so close to the airport that they have shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport just call as soon as you arrive

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. Called after our stay twice and left messages with no response. Expected at least a call to discuss some kind of compensation for a stay that kept us up most of the night. Very disappointing. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Construction on an entire new airport going on and pool was closed because of the ongoing construction. The carpet in the hallways was very loose and not vacumed i tripped twice because of the carpet also the ice machines do not work. The room was decent.

Need to REPLACE the carpet!!!!! Needs updating Otherwise Very Clean and We slept well
