Sonesta Simply Suites Columbus Airport Gahanna

We didn’t have a pool or anywhere as far as the restaurant was concerned. I didn’t like the fact that dogs were allowed and people didn’t know how to control their dogs. It was centrally located. Bob Evans was a half mile down and so was a grocery store at Kroger‘s and some other restaurants but sometimes you just wanna eat from where you’re at other than that it was quiet and the rooms were nice

Booking.com overbooked for the night...

Room was very clean but furnishings and carpeting were a little dated. Suite contained all that was needed for longer stays. Bathroom was very good, modern, and clean. Staff at desk was very nice , helpful, and pleasant. Overall, it was a decent place for one night and would be good for longer stays.

We arrived to check in and found that they were overbooked. We had to find another hotel farther from the family we were visiting. Found out today we’ve been charged by Sonesta for the room we didn’t get to stay in. Still trying to work it out. Not Happy!

I like the space and bed was very comfy wish there were more options on pots and pans but other than that I had a nice stay. But also the smoking area was close to my room I can smell the smell coming into my room

Walls and floor are thin, you can hear everything. I thought a herd of cattle were upstairs. Lots of noice in the hallway, I felt unsafe with all the groups sitting outside.

They overbooked. I had prepaid reservations. They used ta advertise airport shuttle, which they do not have. Enormous unhelpful staff

Stayed there 10 days and never received any clean towels. Was told to bring dirty towels to front desk and ask for more. What kind of service is that! The hall smelled like pee. Large groups on the patio at night drinking and smoking pot. We will never stay there again.

The staff was extremely helpful. Everyone was always in good spirits. Room/hallways were clean. Thank you for accommodating me !

Great parking

They wanted me to pay $181 for a hotel room that didn’t have running water and an additional $50 that was not towed when I purchased the room

Staff super helpful and awesome

Low quality for the Sonesta brand we’ve been with. Lots to improve to be at par to those Sonesta properties in Cincinnati area.

Room was not kept up on supplies and essentials like towels and soaps.

No reservation found in the system and asked me to wait for a manager to come but don’t know how long she will take

Not much Not very clean. First impressions are everything. The entry way was dirty ( the welcome mats and floor). The lobby area was lackluster. The hotel needs to be renovated and refreshed. Especially since there is a brand new Spring Hill suites right across the street
