TownePlace Suites by Marriott Gahanna

Very good

Love this place

Superb

I loved the ability to cook and also have a my family of 5 in one suite. The kitchen walls had food splash marks all over them. The mattress on the pull out couch had a nasty stain with no bedding. So we had to take the top cover off both beds in the rooms so my brother could use one to cover the mattress and the other to cover up with. There also wasn’t a lot of utensils for cooking. We had to go buy things needed to bake.

Came in late, would’ve liked a few more food choices for that last minute bite. Maybe some Ramen, juice, maybe some protein bars. Just a suggestion.

Shuttle service, great staff, pretty good, complementary coffee, quiet. Came in late, would’ve liked a few more food choices for that last minute bite. Maybe some Ramen, juice, maybe some protein bars. Just a suggestion.

The pool doesn’t get sun until midday, so we didn’t end up being able to use it - we also didn’t see a hot tub at all though. I did use the gym, and it was an enjoyable experience. The gym was small, but had everything it needed and was very clean. The staff was very helpful, especially at the front desk. I missed an uber eats order, and they held it for me, calling my personal number to let me know. They were incredibly accommodating throughout the trip. Xavier’s Corner: Was not a fan of the choice in blankets, but my only complaints are nit-picky. The hotel had everything we were looking for. Breakfast was good! Disappointed the pool had so much coverage from the sun cause we picked the hotel partly because of that.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and property. Comfortable bed.

Honestly this was one of the best hotels I've stayed it, so nice and so clean, Definitely will be staying here again.

Excellent experience, friendly and professional staff. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Checked in early evening for a one night stay. I was given a room on the third floor. No big deal but the building elevator was out of service. I couldn’t or wasn’t going to haul two suit cases three floors. They gave me an ADA room on the first floor. The room was on the common wall to the building entrance. The nearly all night noice of the coming and going of others was annoying. I didn’t get much sleep.

Good

Not the greatest Marriott property. While “newly renovated” it very much feels like an extended stay. The staff was nice but I will stay elsewhere next time

Very good

Room was clean

Rooms are fine and beds are comfortable. There are trash bags along hallways all the time and it smells. Room on 3rd floor? I hope you travel light because the elevator has been out of service my entire stay.

Great room, great amenities and nice place.

Exceptional

Ok

We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.
