There is an airport shuttle, but you have to call. I landed after midnight and the desk lady wanted to confirm my reservation before she would tell the driver to come, so that was annoying. It a Holiday Inn Express, so you know what you are getting. Room AC was cold and loud as most wall units are. Room was basic and clean. It would be nice to have a bottled water available in the room but whatever. Bathroom and shower was clean, soap was nice and full. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, egg/cheese melt, bacon, sausage, fruit, muffins and toast. There was a pancake maker and they were a 3/10, very bland and not great. Overall the bed was soft and pillows were plush. 4/5 stars for me.

I love the property and the amenities in the room. Also, the staff was outstanding! I left an article of clothing in my closet and the staff retrieved it for me while I waited on the phone. The breakfast had various options to choose from while the area was well maintained during breakfast hours. The only negative was a low pressure shower water flow in which the staff stated they would have maintenance address it.

I was stranded in Columbus, Ohio due to flight cancellations and stayed in the hotel for 4 hours! The most impressive part of this very short stay is how amazing the staff was in making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Amazing staff!!!!

Rose and another female front desk clerk were amazing with my check in and getting me a coffee machine for my room. I love coffee first thing in the morning. Breakfast was great too and we loved the pool

/c on heat when arrived. water cup on floor when I checked into room and never picked up,t.v. didn't change channels, telephone didn't work. Maintence was supposed to come up next morning but never did. Hallway on 4t floor was freezing.

Pros...... the morning staff was excellent, the location is convenient, the room was quiet and pretty clean, (some misc hairs in the bathroom). Summary..... it would have been a great place to stay if the night shift knew what they were doing and weren't so rude. We must likely wouldn't stop here again because of this issue.

One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). Very spacious room with comfortable bed and both soft and firm pillows. There are local dining options which would be much more budget friendly but there is a very well stocked guest pantry with multiple microwave options. It would be a good idea, I think, to have prices on those items posted to avoid sticker shock when paying for those things at the front desk~ that would be my only suggestion for improvement.
