Nice people Nothing

Location was close to where I needed it to be. Rooms seemed to be updated and looked nice The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The towels in the bathroom were older, and somewhat tattered

Friendliness of the staff The smell of the room, quality of the decor, the carpet left a residue on my feet, the worry of someone breaking in to my car, overall safety

nothing Yes. False advertising. Could not get out quick enough.

The staff was nice. There was a bug on my bed when I lifted up the mattress.Then the TV didn’t work in my room. I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I changed rooms.That TV or phone didn’t work either.

The hotel staff were very kind and nice although they weren’t really able to help my situation. My room had roaches and I was told when I requested for housekeeping for my room, I was told it was the hotel policy to not have housekeeping in my room until after I’ve checked out.I also had to go out to the front desk to pick new towels and teas

Price Not a 3 star hotel.

Not a thing! Can't believe this place is even open. We had about 100 little, what appeared to be friit flies, flying around in our room.

NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY WORST; ceiling is falling off! The rooms were not cleaned! Had to change rooms. Absolutely worst experience. The entire room was nasty! Toilets not clean! Very poor condition of the entrance when you get in ceiling is falling apart

Price Old and smelled like smoke bad. I am very sensitive to smoke smell and it was hard to sleep, everything was closed(spa/pool/breakfast) but wasn’t told until check in.

Nothing Smell of rooms (mildew). Need to update information false advertising.

The area and it was clean Staff communication

Location is the only good thing Hotel is smelly. Very loud even after 3am. Tv in room didnt work. Pool shut down which is understandable. But wheres the breakfast?? You advertise free breakfast not even worth the $60

Nothing Everything

It was a place to sleep The towels were so thin. The room smelled like urine. It was disappointing. From now on I will try a brand hotel like Super 8

The location and the pool The hotel is dated and not very well kept. The pictures must have been a while ago. With so many other choices i. The area we would have moved had we not prepaid.

The location The amenities were non existent. The pool was only available part of the time we were there and was ice cold. The hot tub was broken. Every ice machine in the hotel was broken (I’m not exaggerating, this was what the desk clerk told me when I asked).

The location in proximity to where the funeral we were attending was. Thats it. It is filthy! All three non smoking rooms had been smoked in, My mother's room had cockroaches that she saw the second night, my brothers room had clogged shower drain with filth backing up. Very noisy guests running up and down halls. Staff very kind.

Nothing. Clerk was not friendly or welcoming at all. Lobby smelled like weed and again, the clerk was not friendly AT ALL

The pool was nice and the pool staff was terrific. The place was decently clean (except for hall carpets), and the location was close enough to the fairgrounds where we needed to be. The room doors had a bizarre paint job. I had to wait a long time for a clerk to come to the desk to check out. I was told this neighborhood was a bit sketchy although we did not have problems while we were there.
