Hotel suffered a complete loss of a/c during one of the hottest weekends of the year. The emergency alarm was triggered at 9:00pm with a mandatory evacuation ordered. There was zero information provided to the guests by anyone working at the facility as to the cause of the alarm or whether it was safe to return to our rooms. Had there been a "real" emergency, I shudder to think what may have happened. I was forced to check out and find alternative lodging late at night, with the hotel change costing me hundreds of dollars due to the short notice and late hour.

Clean rooms. Polite staff.

The pool I booked our room 4 months in advance. Check in was 4pm. We arrived at 4:15 pm and waited over an hour for our room because it was not ready. Then were told we could go to our room and it was not the room I booked as well as it was not cleaned. Dirty sheets still on the bed. No liners in the trash cans. Pull out need was still out and a mess as if someone just crawled out of bed. And all we received was a “free breakfast”.

The breakfast buffet was great! All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The check in and check out processes were smooth. There was plenty of parking in the lot for us to park the car. The air conditioning worked very well and kept our room at a comfortable tempreature. The bed was soft and comfortable which made sleeping easy. In the suite it was hard to find the light switches on lamps and the wall to turn the lights on. They were not in the locations I expected they would be and made moving around the room harder at night. The outlets on the wall were also not near the couch. If they are, I was not able to find them. I had to drag a longer charging cable across the floor creating a temporary tripping hazard.

Overall experience was great. Only downside was that a large wedding party seemed to overwhelm the staff during one dinner. We decided to have dinner at The Grill but the staff was preoccupied with a wedding reception happening. Wedding guests overtook the bar areas and even started sitting at tables for the restaurant. Half our order was not sent the kitchen and the food that did make it took 30+ minutes. The staff only checked in with us once since they also had to maintain the bar for all of the wedding guests. We appreciate the staff comping our meals for the mishap but I hope management, in the future, will plan to assign more staff or close the restaurant when hosting such large events.

I loved our room it was perfect. Definitely will be staying again if we return next year. Loved the lemon water in the lobby The night time staff girl was amazing and so sweet! I had a rough night the first night we checked in after music festival. There was issues with payment that came up but she didn’t give us trouble and said to sort it out with the staff in the morning. She was so sweet. 10/10 for her. However the kitchen staff the guy selling the coffee was really rude & also was the staff when we checked out. Very “we’re better than you” kind of attitude.

Really good hotel, clean room, cocktails at the bar are good!
