WoodSpring Suites Columbus North I-270

I waited and waited and waited outside until 4:45 pm. Uber took me, so I sat out front with 4 pieces of luggage. I talked the desk into bringing me a chair. Finally, I get into my room. Could not get the tv/cable to work. Also the toilet seat was broken and I almost fell off. I should add that I was using a walker due to recent surgeries on my leg. I immediately reported the two problems. "Sorry, maintenance is gone for the weekend. You need to wait until Monday." What kind of hotel operates that way? Monday came and went. One friendly desk girl brought two tv controllers that should have been there when they cleaned the room before I arrived. No new toilet seat until Tuesday. Not impressed with this property nor the lack of service. I really don't need management responding with the typical apology and "we strive to maintain quality, etc, etc" If you did so, I would be wring this review. How about a partial refund?

I stayed while I was working in Columbus/New Albany. The staff were not very friendly as I picked up on a bit of racism. I always clean the room before unpacking my bags. It wasn't too dirty, but that is not good enough with me. I clean it myself. They never brought clean towels, and after the 2nd day I had to track some down. It did offer on site washers and dryers which was convenient. The refrigerator was filthy and I had to clean it completely before I put anything in it. Plan on streaming with the services you have at home because the TV situation sucks.

the room was not cleaned properly; the hardwood and carpet were both sticky and both stove and microwave were grimy

We were given a smaller suite than what we paid for; there were suspicious stains & such on the walls in the bathroom and "kitchen" area. Only 1 towel and washcloth for 2 people that were staying there. It also seemed like they cleaned the "hardwood" floor with dirty dishwater. Do with that as you please if you plan on staying here.

Over charged me 100 dollars plus a 100 dollar deposit rooms dirty mystery stuff on the wall in bathroom by the toilet old food on the floor in front of the refrigerator I left two days early couldn’t handle it anymore

Room is trashy and depressing, no cups and one set of towels for a double occupancy room. Bed was comfortable. A lot of noise from outside the hotel, people with stereos just blaring away. The staff is way over worked, check in was delayed by hours

When checking in I was told to “check the room to see if I wanted to stay there first.” Not a good sign when you’re trying to check into a hotel. The hotel was extremely dirty. Walked into a non smoking room but it had the strongest smell of cigarettes. Broken doors and locks. The bed was a cot. There was also dead bugs on the floor. I was uncomfortable to even sit down in the room yet alone sleep there. Told the staff member I would not be staying there. Was just told that they were sorry but thank you. The pictures posted are definitely old, because the rooms do not look like that now.

The staff seems nice. That there wasn't a room available after I paid for it online and arrived at midnight. They sent me to their sister hotel and then the sister hotel sent me back and said they would certainly have a room for me. Well no one answered my call and there was some sort of upset going on with someone that was staying at the hotel. I really need my money back because I didn't even sleep at the hotel and went across the street to a completely different hotel and paid for another room.

Lobby smelled of weed, stood at front desk for over 1 hour before someone came to front desk just to be told that there was no rooms available, then asked for a cancelation and was lied to about the cancelation had to call my booking agent to get it canceled. Don't recommend this place to even the homeless.
