great location

Needs cleaned a little better 3rd floor smelled of mildew in the hallways. Could not use the hot tub because little kids were playing in it.

Staff, parking

Beds and bathrooms were clean. but the whole property was very “renters special-ish”. Staff was decent. lots of parking space.

Night staff was friendly. Morning staff not so friendly. Rooms are dated and in need of deep cleaning.

For 3 nights we liked the nice sized pretty clean, old style room and bathroom. Small very cold fridge and microwave with light & clock were nice. A/C was cold & controlled by unit at window & found out it was only a thermostat on wall. Bed felt nice but white sheets & pillows looked very dingy. No bed spread, only off white sheets. Shower had mold and water flowed on the floor, due to no barrier or caulking to block it . Staff were friendly. Ice was nice. We loved the pool and hot tub, but it stayed too crowded except for early in the morning. Didn’t like that they only had morning coffee @ front area and NOT ANY type of breakfast, as their ad says. Faucet dripped and toilet ran until wiggled handle several times. Front desk clerk said they just bought hotel from Double Tree & were renovating, but we didn’t see where they started yet. You could tell it used to be a really nice hotel, and will probably be very nice again after they finish renovations.

A cool hotel staff was very nice and helpful even let us stay in the pool for an extra hour on the 4th of July will stay again

Place was nice and clean and staff was nice. Very quiet

Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable .

Like the 7th layer of hell. Other than that, the place was straight.

Hair in shower stall that was not mine. Half of a roll of one ply toilet paper. No hand soap, dirty shower curtain. Dirty cups.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Had to get 4 separate room keys which ment going back and forth from different floors/rooms back to the front desk with a small child and all out bags. Every room was dirty! Bedding covered in Stains and found fake eyelashes on the nightstand. Went to get a new room and the roof they sent me too the bed was not even made!!! Staff was not helpful and the pool was disgusting. They are also not offering breakfast which is one of the reasons we decided to stay there. Horrible horrible experience.

Front desk staff was very helpful, there was always someone cleaning the hotel entryway floors. Was disappointed that complimentary breakfast was not currently being offered.

Didn't like that we were the farthest away from elevator. 6th floor, #603 I figured it was because we booked with Expedia. We had one handicap person in the two of us. Person didn't seem to listen or understand us.

the ice maker is not available the quality doesn't match the price.

Room smells of smoke coffee pot didn’t work

My room wasn't clean at all, and the person at the front desk she had a very nasty attitude. And they charged me twice.
