The hotel was close to our desired traveled plans. The bedding had some minor blood stains and pool was under maintenance the first few days of our stay. There also was no breakfast at the time.

Drug activity, police on property from issues. Was approached by residents there asking for money and cash app. Very uncomfortable and felt unsafe they would not give refund for me to stay somewhere else.

Awful experience

Very dirty, only 1 elevator works, staff is rude. The grounds and grass , outside is also terrible. This place needs MAJOR RENOVATIONS. It also has a terrible smell in the hotel.

yuk!! the place e smells like mold snd smoke, homeless people hanging out on bench at front door, parking lot dark and scary, Stay Away!

I highly recommend you avoid booking at this location. I checked in and went to my room and could not open the door to my room. I had to return to the front desk on the one working elevator (2 were not working, resulting in long waits) with all my luggage. While in the elevator, multiple people complained about the conditions at this property. The pool and hot tub were closed all week due to maintenance. The halls were dirty. The restaurant was closed due to renovations. The property manager is unpleasant and unresponsive to issues. The property appears to be poorly maintained and is not worth the aggravation or the price to stay here. The

The staff is phenomenal! They go above and beyond. Very accommodating! Wish the rooms were suites.

Exceptional

Room clean. Elevators out of order. Ice machines not working on floors 2 through 4. No vending machines (and no grab an go items by front desk). Water leaks - floor and carpet wet.

This place should be condemned

There was no breakfast served due to the kitchen being under renovation. The staff was amazing!!! Parking was kind of a hassle but turns out wherever your room is there is a door that you could access to get to your room. The hot tub was being worked on when we arrived. I wish I had enough time to explore all the amenities that were offered. It took my child to find the microwave and refrigerator so please make sure you look in the cabinets underneath the tv for the refrigerator and microwave lol. I will be returning to enjoy what I missed

The price and the shower water pressure was the best part I felt the facility should have been cleaner. The room was decently cleaned, but hallways, stairwells, and elevators could have been much better. The indoor pool was cold, limited towels available, construction on the hot tub, some elevators out of order, misleading information on available room service and breakfast bar.

My room had the wrong size bed thehot tub was empty the restaurant was closed and the gift shop was empty i will not be back

The bathrooms downstairs when u came in wasn't that cleaned could e been better but overall good

I didn't even end up staying there, my boyfriend and I pulled into the parking lot and left. It was in horrible shape..
