Could be a little cleaner, two of the elevators were not working out of the three

Love it but the pillows wasnt that comfortable and the hot tub was nice to chill in pool was ice cold though definately will stay again here but next time instead if full bed booking a king bed

Carpet and decor was dingy and needed replaced. 2 out of 3 elevators were not working. Breakfast was not available.

Front desk guy was terrible.

NOTHING!!! No hot water for a shower all 4 nights I stayed. Dirty carpet and I could smell dogs and cigarettes everywhere. HORRIBLE!!

Staff was friendly good location Room was outdated it smelt bad the tv was also old and there is only one working elevator

Three of the four elevators on the property were broken. The staff was almost offended you were asking to check in. I would not stay here again!

Very poor

Location at the time was good. Large and enough parking. Bathroom sink cracked, 2 out of 3 elevators were not working. My room was a long, 1/4 walk from door. The swimming pool was over crowded by kids, didn't even think about going dow. One lamp in my room didn't work.

The room was clean. That’s about all I can say. I would not feel comfortable letting my teenage daughter go to the lobby unescorted.

2 of the 3 elevators were down- no ice machine on any floor was working very unclean property. As far as the room it was fine- it was clean--no issues- The facility did not make you feel safe as there was a police/security guard behind the desk when we checked in. No breakfast available- We did get what we paid for.

2 of 3 elevators out of service. Kitchen out of service. Ice maker on floor not working. Only 1 cup in room for coffee. Used washcloth hanging in shower. Outlet on lamp would hold charger plug.

Whole place was very tired. The bed was comfortable, though.

The room was clean and the bathroom and bed were clean and fine Whole hotel was very run down, dingy and dirty, the whole place was dimly lit and the whole facility was like a dystopian horror film. 3 elevators but only one worked and it took forever to get to the 6th floor. Main lobby was run down, staff was barely attentive to even know guests were at the counter... Hallways were gross with filthy floors and doors, room numbers were label maker labels...kitchen is "closed for renovation" and the pool looked like a science experiment with enough chlorine to kill!

Only one elevator worked. The carpets in halls were filthy. The doors of rooms in the hall were half ajar at night and I was very uncomfortable there. Plus a lot of drug addict folks hanging around inside and out. I didn't feel safe and that's very unusual for me. Plus waiting 5 or more long minutes every time I left the room for the only unbroken elevator in the place. There were 2 tissues in the tissue box and a half roll of toilet paper. No I wasn't thrilled because I thought I had booked a nice place

The room wasn't clean enough and i was told by the front desk that i could extend my stay the next morning for $140 plus tax and when i went to attempt to extend the staff member at the desk had a bad attitude and told me it would be over $250 plus tax to extend. I was very disappointed by being told 2 different things and with the room being not as clean as i expected, i doubt I'll ever come back again.

Do not waste your time booking this disgusting hotel
