Clean room. Good breakfast.

It was ok

Literally nothing . Everything. The room looked like a filthy dorm room from the early 2000's. There was visible dust and debris all around the floor boards, and the in room phone was ancient and aged that sickly yellow brown color. The only "clean " things *it felt like* were the bed linens. The carpeting everywhere was absolutely filthy and the whole place was definitely giving off "halfway home" vibes, with lots of long-term *residents* residing there. The man behind the check out desk REFUSED to give me form to confirm my check out and was all around extremely rude and dismissive. The price for value absolutely was not there. It's a gross place where the photos online are accurate...for 20+ years ago, which feels like the last time they actually cared to clean anything.

Breakfast was good but it was delayed and had to wait for the kitchen.Minimize the low seas Nothing

It was a great stay all around. Location, price, cleanliness, and safe for my family.

I was on the bottom floor and could hear every foot step of the people above me. Very small room but clean and served it purpose

Room smelled like smoke. The bathroom floor was broken. The room was humid. Closet door was broken. Bathroom ceiling had mold. Told the front desk and he denied it multiple times even though I was just in the room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Breakfast was good, location convenient for Polaris and the Zoo. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The only positive thing I can say is it was clean. No elevator!!! AND cleaning staff that could not understand English or know what an elevator is! AND they talked on phone with I assume a boyfriend and would not help us! Too busy talking on phone at work!!! The breakfast was the cheapest, poorest breakfast available! waffles and cereal that’s it!

Check in and out was easy, plenty of parking, smelled clean when you came in the front door. The front check in person was pleasant. The room we stayed in smelled mildew-ish. The room was for handicapped which is great for someone who needs it but we didn't. The shower head was too short, water flooded the entire bathroom and was really slippery. The breakfast sausage was cold and seemed not cooked enough. It was unpleasant.

This is my 3rd time booking with this hotel with great experience earlier. I got a small room with congested pathway asked to move different roam. The front office was nice but he had so called dumb manager was on private phone for minutes. I left after waiting 15 minutes

I stay there for two nights and almost spend over $300 and I got up late in the front desk attended kept banging on my door talking about he's going to call the police like I was a squatter I told him I was going to do extended stay he told me it's going to cost me over 300 to rent another night He told me I wasn't going to get my deposit back and good luck with that He was rude obnoxious and loud.

Safe, kind staff, no issues. Good for traveling on a budget.
