The front end boys are really nice and welcoming.

If one sneeze in next room , you can hear it. If one knocks on other door, it seems you are being knocked. Carpet not cleaned regularly specially high traffic area. Poorly lighted. Not a good experience overall

The hospitality of staff was amazing. I didn't like that I had to leave. Felt like a little paradise in the city.

The room is very clean and the staff are extremely welcoming and courteous. Breakfast was also generous but might need some variety for vegetarians. I will definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay! The inn was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.

Stayed on first floor. Kids running above. I have Crohn’s disease. Called to get an early check in because our plans changed due to medical. The hotel wanted 40.00 for an early check in. So literally had to wait til 3 for check in. Was a little disappointed about that. Everyone was nice. Get top floor if available.

The continental breakfast was good, but the floor was sticky both mornings. There was an odd smell throughout the hotel. The crowds were much rowdier than the last time I stayed there. This trip wasn’t very peaceful.

Hotel was nice but showing its age.

Cons: rundown, very thin walls with kids running in hallways until 11:00, people next door having a conversation very early in the morning that could be heard easily, room was small, questionable area for safety with 3 guests at breakfast wearing ankle monitors.

Good Overall service. The only point of frustration was their early checkin fee.

Really nice hotel for the price. The room was very clean, the property was well maintained, breakfast was delish, the staff were all incredibly nice, and parking was good. Hotel is located in a nice area with lots of other hotels, restaurant options, gas stations, and only took about 15 minutes to get to downtown Columbus. The room was very small but plenty big for my wife and I for a quick trip to see a concert. If we’re ever back in the area, we’d definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good! Make your own pancakes is always good since you eat them while they are still hot. Plenty of breakfast choices. The desk was too tall to be comfortable to use for more than 30 minutes. The room itself was nice but a bit on the small side.

Clean room, great breakfast, great staff, safe area. 2nd time staying at this hotel for festival, will be back next year.
