Hyatt Place Columbus/Worthington

Not bad of a hotel, only inconvenience was beds are small, need to upgrade to queen size beds and only one working elevator made it very inconvenient for everyone because you had to wait longer times for the elevator

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and made the stay more convenient for our family. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would stay here again.

We arrived at 12:20 am and could see the front desk clerk chatting with some people at the bar drinking beer. We had to ring the bell 3 times and waited nearly 10 minutes before he answered and let us in to check in. We had a reservation that i had made on hotels.com about half an hour before, and i had my wife and two small children with me. The last thing I needed after a 10 hour drive from norfolk was to be waiting at the door just so i could get a few hours sleep. I felt it was incredibly rude to be treated as less important than a few beer drinkers who had already checked in and settled in. Once we got to our room, everything was fine except the pillows were too soft for me. Everyone else didnt have a problem sleeping. But between the AC unit and the pillows, the one guy who needed sleep because he was driving, couldn't sleep. I got a couple hours in the end though. Enough to make it home.

Everything was good,only one elevator to use sometimes wait to much to take…..

We were on a mother/daughter trip. We have stayed at this hotel x2 years in a row. Highly recommend this hotel! We enjoy the friendliness of the staff, the swimming pool, they have a cafe/ bar and their breakfast. It was really nice to just grab a glass of wine after coming back to the hotel after being gone all day!

We had a room with a queen. It was very roomy with a seating area. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Overall, our stay was very good. My one complaint is that the toilet and shower are in a very cramped space.

This place was awesome. Will definitely stay here again!!!

All as advertised. Nice pool.

The interior decor needs to be updated. The sofa in my room was torn. The seat cushion was torn. That’s an easy repair. I don’t feel like you should have ripped furniture at any sort of Hyatt property. All of my encounters with the staff were very positive and wonderful. The location is great. The pool looked awesome. It was just too chilly to go to the pool. I would stay here again.

Room were clean Stafford helpful breakfast was great. Parking was easy.

Friendly staff

I've stayed her on another occasion and the staff is always very friendly and the rooms are extremely clean.

The parking was free with security. One of two elevators was out of service, making trips up and down the floors extra long. The ice machine on our floor was out of service. The free breakfast was OK and seating was limited the way the suite was configured left little room for privacy when it came to getting ready for the day.

The staff were very friendly, room was very clean, and the breakfast had many great options. The hotel is also within walking distance of good places to eat or grab a drink. Would definitely stay here again!

The free charging for our EV was a great perk.

We stay in a king room. It was very roomy and clean. Only negative, bathroom is little small.
