The only complaint I have regarding the room is that they cleaned it every two days which was fine, but there was two of us and they always left only three towels. We had to ask for an extra three times during our stay. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. I would stay again at the Hyatt Place when traveling. It was in a good area with plenty choices for eating out.

The room was clean but there was only 1 elevator for the entire hotel which was a pain. All night long there were people slamming doors on the floors.

I did not expect the status I saw this time at all no help at all as no staff available to give a hand We have to bring our luggage in the hotel and inside the hotel same to bring down and take to car ourselves Food in bfst quite poor also but may be this is the standard for such hotels nowadays

The comforter had stains on it, red-ish orange. The room had a strong odor. Idk if it was cleaning chemicals or what. There was a black hair in the toilet and inside the refrigerator. The worst part, though, was finding out they changed their pet policy. Now they ask for a $100 fee, nonrefundable. We were staying one night, and that fee applies to stays that are one to six nights. That is a complete ripoff. It's higher than any other hotel I've seen (Dury, Home2Suites, Hilton), and all of the other places that I've visited this year refunded the pet deposit if you left the room nice and clean. Just ridiculous. And the breakfast is not good at all. We didn't try any of the food. When we checked in, we were told we were on the 5th floor, and then he informed us only one of the elevators is working. Parking is surrounded by apartment complexes on all sides, which is sketchy. And that's coming from someone who lives in an apartment herself.

Not bad of a hotel, only inconvenience was beds are small, need to upgrade to queen size beds and only one working elevator made it very inconvenient for everyone because you had to wait longer times for the elevator

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and made the stay more convenient for our family. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would stay here again.

We arrived at 12:20 am and could see the front desk clerk chatting with some people at the bar drinking beer. We had to ring the bell 3 times and waited nearly 10 minutes before he answered and let us in to check in. We had a reservation that i had made on hotels.com about half an hour before, and i had my wife and two small children with me. The last thing I needed after a 10 hour drive from norfolk was to be waiting at the door just so i could get a few hours sleep. I felt it was incredibly rude to be treated as less important than a few beer drinkers who had already checked in and settled in. Once we got to our room, everything was fine except the pillows were too soft for me. Everyone else didnt have a problem sleeping. But between the AC unit and the pillows, the one guy who needed sleep because he was driving, couldn't sleep. I got a couple hours in the end though. Enough to make it home.

We were on a mother/daughter trip. We have stayed at this hotel x2 years in a row. Highly recommend this hotel! We enjoy the friendliness of the staff, the swimming pool, they have a cafe/ bar and their breakfast. It was really nice to just grab a glass of wine after coming back to the hotel after being gone all day!

We had a room with a queen. It was very roomy with a seating area. Very clean. Good breakfast.
-
Overall, our stay was very good. My one complaint is that the toilet and shower are in a very cramped space.

This place was awesome. Will definitely stay here again!!!
-
All as advertised. Nice pool.

The interior decor needs to be updated. The sofa in my room was torn. The seat cushion was torn. That’s an easy repair. I don’t feel like you should have ripped furniture at any sort of Hyatt property. All of my encounters with the staff were very positive and wonderful. The location is great. The pool looked awesome. It was just too chilly to go to the pool. I would stay here again.
