Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus - Worthington by IHG

Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good, room was nice.... pool was pretty cold but clean.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast that was included was very good too. I would stay there again.

The elevator was done for hours. Had to walk the stairs. Breakfast was ok but sausage could have been cooked longer. Front desk clerk was very nice and apologized for any inconvenience we experienced. Cleaning staff only dropped off fresh towels and wash clothes but didn’t make beds or clean bathroom when we left for the day. She also didn’t remove the dirty towels we left in a pile on the floor. Besides that it was an ok stay.

Great location, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good!

Only stayed one night and the only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable to me.

We arrived at the hotel while traveling and parked for the night near the entrance of the hotel. During the night, per the Columbus police, a number of cars were vandalized in the parking lots at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus as well as neighboring hotels. Please note the police officer said there are no cameras on the parking area, nor at the other hotels and "that's the price of having a nice car". The vandals tried to get into the car by breaking the side windows and windshield. The damage is $6,500. Management was blasé and let us check out without warning us about all the other cars vandalized or asking us to check our car.

Location was great. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options of things to eat and my picky eaters had so many things to eat. Pool was in a great location and easy access to and from our room. Only thing I would change, is when your checking in i feel like the staff checking you in should let you know that there's 100 dollar hold on top of the rate. After checking in and going to my room. I always look at my statement to make sure whats coming out and it was more than what my booking site said. I then had to leave my room and go back downstairs to make sure everything was correct.

After checking in to two rooms, we found that our rooms were not clean. There was debris around the edges of the floor which I could have overlooked. One room had a foul odor while the other room had something caked on the carpet and something all over the wall. We reserved rooms at a different hotel and did not stay here.

Housekeepers were pretty rude, everyone else on staff was a delight though.

The room we were in was right above the exit ramp of highway. The noise of the traffic was disturbing. Also, there was hair in the shower and it did not appear that the floor was vacuumed. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was OK.

Only one elevator. Front desk staff rude. Not located in best area. Saw several drug deals. Room not cleaned or freshened up on a daily basis Breakfast not all that great

Room and property clean beds comfortable no sun lougers or seating outside on patio which would have been nice overall a nice place to stay

The hotel was very clean and the staff greeted us with a smile!!! The breakfast was awesome as well!!!

Nice coffee machine in the lobby - fresh ground for each cup. Clean rooms, some beds do need to be replaced (they sink in the middle), but the staff was very nice.

Beware before staying here, our car got broken into along with 12 other cars in the parking lot. Staff was not very helpful and didn’t seem concerned at all. Law enforcement said it happens there all time.

On a positive note, the breakfast was good and one of the better aspects of our stay. However, overall, the property feels quite dated and could benefit from updates and improvements to both its facilities and guest experience.
