Clean room and good breakfast!

The showers and the rooms was clean Staff was unfriendly and when we let them know about the rooms next to us was being loud at 11 o’clock at night nothing was done .. no one greeted us and had to wait to check in and out because no one was at the desk

Great place to stay - friendly staff, clean, great location near the highway and close to a grocery store and restaurants. Wonderful hot breakfast with a nice variety of options. Parking included. Highly recommended.

Price was good.. rooms were clean and the staff friendly... breakfast was good too.. We stayed overnight because of going to the State Fair and it was only 10 minutes away. Also.. great water pressure in the shower and hot means HOT! Nothing to complain about! All good

We travel from south dakota to go to the zoo in Columbus. This is a great location, friendly staff very helpful and clean. Will stay there again if we return to Columbus.

Location was good. And we had a very nice breakfast in a very spacious area. Room was excellent Pool was somewhat small. Elevator was a little slow but not really a Problem .

Exceptional

I liked the accessible room we had but have two suggestions. In the bathroom, a shower wand "holder" needs to be installed closer to the shower seat. Also, another grab bar needs to be installed on the back wall closer to the shower. On 2nd day, cleaning staff exchanged towels but did not make bed. Is that standard procedure?

Location was convenient and was clean Not much, was adequate for what I needed. Not the best Holiday inn Express but certainly not the worst I've stayed in. Really missed the bar area that some have.

I had a loud air conditioner. They moved me to another room. The new room was a clean greet, but probably an anomaly because Holiday Inn express is really the nicest for the money.

Comfortable, clean, and well maintained room. Enjoyed the pool and very filling breakfast.

We stayed overnight. The room was big and nice. The breakfast was good in the morning. Nice hotel

Breakfast was fine - pancake maker and cinnamon buns both excellent. Rest of food was okay. Something for everyone. Overall stay for 1 night was OK. Good location with lots of food options close by and right off hwy.
