Service was good. The door for my room was iffy at first but once we figured it out everything was good

Room was very clean bed was comfortable. The lady who checked me in was super helpful and nice. The elevator is scary with no air. The pool was freezing. I’ve stayed here twice and definitely will again.

The room I was in was clean and comfortable, however the courtyard and landscaping could use some attention and updating but All together the property was nice. The staff were very nice and friendly, the pool was clean and is salt water filtered which I was very impressed with! I would give it a 4 on a scale of 1-5. Family friendly, I would stay there again!

Great hotel overall, excellent room

The hotel was "fine". But two things stood out. There was no shower soap in the dispenser, which was not a problem that could be solved based off having to leave that morning. Secondly, the room walls are painfully thin and I could hear the television and conversations from the other room quite clearly. Small thing, but no coffee made available in the lobby. Had to be purchased. A bit surprising for the quality of the hotel. Only stayed one night, and other than that, it was fine.

The beds were super comfortable and so were the pillows. I checked out the pool and it was nice! I would stay here again.

It was a good hotel I just think management could be a little nicer at night. Morning staff was very friendly and helpful. Really clean and good for the price.

Horrible.. all amenities in the room are so dirty.. coffee machine was broken and replaced one had spider inside it with full of dust .. image attached. Staff.. very rude racist behavior especially when you're travelling from other countries. Especially the manager and the way they treat guests ohh god quite horrible... The food was yukkk tasteless.

Stay was for a gathering, property was nice and room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy and nothing wasn't working or similar. Only concern I had was I believe a car was broken into before me arriving as there was glass in a spot, but I didn't have any issues while I stayed.

It was a very nice and quiet room, we just couldn't open the patio door to get fresh air.

My only disappointment is that there was no free breakfast buffet.

The property is in a very lovely location and there is a lot of places to eat and places to go for site seeing will definitely stay here again

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly…close to a lot of restaurants and highway.

No staff at the desk in the morning

Room was fine. However no one ever checked on our room during our two day stay. No cleaning, no clearing of trash, no one ever checked if we needed anything. Was informed that rooms were checked every two days. Ran out of box of tissues and was told that didn't have anymore. Went to the front desk again, and the lady found one! Was a little disappointed with the gentleman at the front desk. The lady was very helpful.
